There are not enough stars that I could give this hotel. The staff go above and beyond. The rooms are large and comfortable and the food was exceptional. We were there for a wedding which was just perfect. I can thoroughly recommend.

Amazing staff! Well done to all the bar and restaurant staff who delivered an outstanding level of service whilst operating under such pressure. Constantly smiling, engaging and attentive.

We had the pleasure of performing at a wedding on April 14th 2022. From the minute we arrived, the staff were superb. So helpful, welcoming and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and the service afforded to the wedding party and us as professional vendors was second to none. Highly recommended!

Wonderful hotel. Just back from a night there on Wednesday. From the staff, the rooms, the layout, the food which prides itself on using local producers was just outstanding. The Ethos and ambience of the the hotel makes this a very special place.

This is a beautiful hotel … room lovely and clean food in the bar is excellent… live music and the staff are amazing.

The customer experience is just top class. Had the best chowder in Fitzs bar for lunch yesterday and last night we had dinner in Glas. We were blown away by the whole restaurant experience from the service to every mouthful — absolutely delicious. Price is so reasonable as well. This hotel knows how to do service and food and I can’t recommend it enough.

Was at a wedding in Hotel Doolin, we had a fantastic time — staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Brian went out of his way to accommodate my 16 month old grandson during the wedding dinner. He was really kind.

We loved our midweek break, enjoyed fabulous food in the Glas restaurant and were very impressed with all the staff, who made our stay special. Doolin Hotel is a great gateway to explore the Burren and all its culinary delights and the breathtaking scenery, especially the Aran islands!

Had a lovely time in hotel Doolin in August 2020. Would highly recommend it, fab hotel, enjoyed dinner in Fitz’s and some live music in the outdoors socially distanced sessions. Brilliantly done. Will definitely be back.

Lovely food and nice people.

Unfortunately the room waa quite small ans it appears they are mot ready to fully implement the new guidelines. Orders for breakfast were wrong, as in the veggie brekkie not remotely resembling the menu. Servers in the barn were run ragged and most orders did not reflect what menu stated dinner wait was nearly two hours food was cold or choice couldn't be honoured (despite ordering gluten free baaes etc night previous) I had friends planning to visit here but I will be informing them of poor stay. Communication between staff and plan for day was shocking which is a shame its a great part of Ireland. That said Niamh server in the barn was amazballs made our evening x.

The hotel is a remarkable lodging experience with inviting rooms, wireless service, and caring, accommodating staff. Staying here is always a treat.

Spent a few days at Hotel Doolin with my daughter last week. The hotel and all the staff were amazing, so friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are spacious, clean and have everything that you would need. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were so cheerful in the morning. We had the pleasure of being checked in by Lieke (hope that's correct) and she went above and beyond in the service she provided to us over our few days. Extremely friendly, helpful and always checked in with us to see how our day was going each time she saw us. Absolutely amazing member of the front desk team and such an asset to the hotel. Two of the nights we dined at Fitzpatrick's and the food, service and atmosphere was wonderful. On our last night it was my birthday and my daughter told Lieke and she informed the staff and to my surprise and embarrassment Paul brought me cake with candles and everyone sang me 'Happy Birthday'. It was so thoughtful and really made my day. I also wanted to mention the housekeeping staff, the hotel is very clean and they do a fantastic job and each day when they attended to our room they arranged my daughter's teddies on the bed and made her feel so at home and so very thoughtful of them. It is always the simplest of things that make such a difference and thank you so much to all the staff for our wonderful stay.
We will be back again next year.

Great bar food, brill service and staff are great crack. Live music in the bar, the atmosphere was just what you would want after a day touring around the cliffs.
5/5 we'll be back!

Hotel Doolin is a totally unique and immersive experience. A hotel unlike and other with a staff that is second to none! Their green ethos has set the standard all hotels should follow

First time in Doolin for my brother’s wedding and had an amazing stay! The staff were so lovely, the rooms are beautiful with personal touches and the hotel and grounds are stunning!
Will definitely be going back to stay with them again!

I stayed in hotel Doolin for a friends wedding and couldn't recommend this hotel enough. I have a very strict diet due to allergies and to say the staff were fantastic is an understatement. They designed a specific menu which was delicious! They never made me feel like it was an inconvenience and were so friendly!

Brilliant hotel the best entertainment I have ever experienced on a Monday night all year around. It keep getting better. The The Fiddle Case lift my spirits every week.

We where there for a wedding over the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the staff are very welcoming and we must commend one of your staff — Brian that works in the bar, he was a lovely guy to talk to and brilliant at making the cocktails, in general all the staff were brilliant. We were married in hotel doolin last Saturday and had the most amazing weekend. From start to finish we were so well looked after, they could not do enough for us. The staff and service is out of this world. All our guests are still raving about how friendly everyone was. A lot of them were particularly fond of the barman (I don’t know his name) I don’t even have words for how amazing the food was! We truly had the wedding of our dreams and Hotel Doolin will always be a special place for us. We can’t wait to come back for a visit. Paul, Niamh and all the team were a pleasure to deal with during the planning and on the day itself. I would recommend Hotel Doolin to anyone looking for a wedding venue that’s a little bit different and a little bit special. You won’t be disappointed!

Ordered Filet of seabass… 2 thinly sliced pieces of fish over mound of potatoes. Servered with 2 cooked uncleaned shrimp. Terrible… basicly paid 25 euros for potatoes…

Fabulous food last night at Fitz bar. I had the tandoori chicken burger followed by the mud pie with pistachio ice-cream (treat yo'self! ). Yum!
Shane was serving our table and he was so nice and I was truly impressed by his genuine kindness and how attentive he was with all those he was dealing with. It was busy so worth getting in before the crowd assembles for music. 10 outta 10 :)

Did not stay at the hotel but had a meal at Chervil. Heather F. Was just lovely. The steak was slightly over cooked but the honeycomb cheesecake more than made up for it!

Fantastic hotel, great staff (Henry is a top chap), room was humongous and clean with all the little touches that set a place like this apart. Was here for a wedding of two very close friends and it was beautiful all around! Top marks!

Large lovely rooms with bath/shower and amenities. Situated conveniently in town with choice of restaurants, entering ceol and craic and craft stores.

Lovely hotel close to all doolin has to offer. Has a bar and restaurant but get in early to restaurant was quite busy. Rooms where nice and clean. And all staff are very friendly and helpful.

Just back from a wonderful few days in Hotel Doolin for a family wedding. What a great hotel. Such fantastic staff. Couldn't have been better.

Modern, clean and peaceful Connected to a pub (with live music) and food, restaurant, travel agency and coffee shop. However it was quiet and peaceful, couldn't hear pub at all from rooms. Breakfast was delicious, it had flavor and was a very nice change from the oft offered full Irish breakfast, which they also have.

My favorite place for a weekend away. Very limited mobile phone coverage suits me just fine. Very helpful and friendly staff brilliant.

Only used the bar restaurant on lunch time! Excellent food in self-service mode and excellent beer (also produced) to be enjoyed in the warmth of the fireplace in the living room! P. S. It could be a bit crowded when the tours arrive.

It's a really nice place in a picturesque Irish town. We stopped here for lunch. We ordered fish and chips and a glass of beer. Our food was tasty, so was the beer. The waitresses were polite. The prices are average. Recommend this place.

At my nephews wedding there was a fantastic experience… hotel catered for everything had a fab day … will defly return to the hotel.

More than dignified stop to have lunch along the way to the cliffs of Moher. Vegan food, sandwiches, cous cous, … You find everything! Good cheesecake.

Good value for money Clean rooms.

We weren't a wedding. The meal and dancing was held in the marquee connected to the back of this small hotel. Food was of a high quality. Two issues of disappointment : (1) the waste of good food in serving the "midnight feast"; trays of food landing at empty tables and dumped into plastic bags less than 25 minutes later; and (2) the inattention of staff to the regular flapping open of 1 of the doors onto the walkway connecting to the hotel.

Warm welcome, great food, great atmosphere in the bar. Its a fantastic place with the best service one could ask for.

Spent Thurs /Fri 21st /22nd Sept at the Hotel Doolin for a friend's wedding, to say I was pleased would be a total understatement. I found the whole experience to be 100% perfection On arrival I was greeted by the friendliest staff. I was shown to my room which was so much more than I expected. The wedding was wonderful with every attention given to every single aspect. Creating the perfect day. My room was so comfortable I didn't want to leave. Breakfast was great with an excellent menu and service. On checkout I was given a chunk of delicious homemade brown bread to enjoy when I got home. I congratulate Hotel Doolin on getting it so right. Staff. Service and Ambience. Amazing. I look forward to returning in the near future. Thank you. Patricia Irwin.

We had great service good bedroom with bathroom. Adapted for disabled which I am in a wheelvchair.

The restaurant has a very small menu, with three or four main fish dishes, which are their specialty and exquisiteness.

Food is very expensive like any other small village I've visited where there's only one place to buy food. I spent 12 us dollars on some mashed potatoes and soup.

Was here on vacation and loved it. Close to many shops and pubs. Very pretty and clean rooms and friendly staff.

Absolutely fantastic time. Beautiful venue only added to by great staff. The staff are the best thing about the hotel.

Stopped at Hotel Doolin for a quick bite as part of a tour to the Cliffs of Moher from Dublin. My ham sandwich had a nice thick piece of meat and was very well priced. Other menu items looked just as good. Staff was very friendly and handled the crowds well for such a small space.

Very friendly staff and nice, renovated rooms in 2016. Breakfast is rather mediocre, but Ok.

We have been to the hotel many times and eaten in the bar/restaurant. The food and ambiance here is gorgeous. We recently got married here and I really can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Donal is more than any personal wedding planner would ever be, he really couldn't do enough, nothing was a problem and he's an absolutely pleasure to deal with and so down to earth. The amount of people from the wedding who have hand on heart said they are definitely coming back to the hotel — they loved everything, the rooms, the food and most of all the amazing service from all the friendly staff. The food we had for our wedding — what can I say, couldn't believe we were having this amazing food and amazing choice of food for our wedding! It was top class — Peter the head chef is so passionate about what he's doing and where the ingredients come from that it can't be anything less than brilliant. Would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a weekend away, gorgeous food, festivals, and weddings! Thanks for everything.

This is a review of Chervil Restaurant, at Hotel Doolin. The food, service, ambience, quality, views are outstanding here. The had a few excellent vegetarian and vegan food selections and the quality was great. The sweat pea risotto was outstanding. It is a well furnished, cute restaurant. We got nice sunset views from here. We would definitely eat here again.
