The toaster doesn’t work. Fan in the bathroom doesn’t work. The pots and pans are burnt beyond recognition. Not enough toilet paper for five adults. What else could I say. No chair and or desk in the bedroom. Would not recommend. Disappointment.

Elfin Cottage Doolin absolutely stunning house loved every bit of our stay over Christmas.

Upon arrival, I could see the place hadn't been hoovered in quite a while. The floor brush was in the utility and covered in spiders webs, which means the walls got a quick wipe of a brush. The place was COVERED in spiders! Had to go down to the hotel nearby and ask for a Hoover I counted the spiders as I hovered them over the weekend, 167! Yes, you read that right, 167 spiders in the cottage!
And, on our last night, in the bathroom, there was a mouse! I took a picture, if I could upload it, I would!
Hardly acceptable, and at such a high premium for the weekend!
Nice to look at, but seriously doubt I'll be back!
