Absolutely stunning rooms, beautiful breakfast, especially the porridge and the poached eggs. They recommended a local pub for an evening meal where the pub owners actually collect you and drop you back after the meal! Will be back 💯

May 13, 2019 We dropped our bags off at the Wicklow Way Lodge and chatted for a few minutes with our hostess. The B&B was a lovely place with gorgeous views of the mountain. She gave us a map and provided information on some interesting attractions in the area. She filled our water bottles and then we headed towards the Upper Lake Car Park. Amazingly, the water comes out of the faucet ice cold and delicious. May 14, 2019 I woke up and realized I didn’t have any clean socks, so I had to hobble to the car and get some. My leg muscles were protesting the previous day’s activities. One of the ladies we met at breakfast had seen me coming in from the outside and thought I had gotten up and taken a morning hike. Naturally, I didn’t bother to correct her. Our hostess came by at breakfast and said she was a little worried about us since we came home very late. That’s the most amazing thing about visiting Ireland. The people truly care and go above and beyond to take care of you. We told her about our long hike and that we had to go straight to dinner so we wouldn’t miss the show. After breakfast, I went into the kitchen to have my water bottle filled and we had a funny chat with our host. He showed us an amazing photo of the Rock of Cashel that his son had taken. He also offered to find us a nice sheep farmer from Roundwood if we ever visited again. I might have to take him up on this offer to accomplish my dream of living in Ireland. We laughed and said our goodbyes.

A beautiful lodge with stunning views and great walks on the property. The shorter walk through the christmas trees is great. Even the breakfast in the morning is well laid out. I would suggest going for the porridge for a nice treat as well.

We had a wonderful visit at Wicklow Way! We absolutely love Seamus and Marilyn and never felt like strangers. The view is amazing and the room was probably the best we had during our whole trip! Their land is also so much fun to adventure in. We will definitely be staying with them when we return to Ireland!

My wife and I spent 2 nights at the Wicklow Way Lodge and it was easily our favorite B&B or hotel during our 11-night honeymoon in Ireland. Our room had a fantastic view of the mountains, and the breakfast was fantastic. The porridge is to die for. But aside from the accommodations and location, our hosts made it a special occasion. Marilyn pulled out a map upon our arrival and directed us to the best views, scenic drives and hikes shortly after we dropped our bags off. She pointed out the best restaurants nearby and even recommended the perfect shop for a unique purchase we had in mind. I'm not sure when we'll be in Ireland again, but rest assured that it will include another stay at the Wicklow Way Lodge.

Hey Seamus! Sorry for taking so long, I've had a hard time tracking down Wi-Fi. Had a fantastic stay at their B&B and couldn't recommend it enough. I've found that at other B&B's you either get a decent shower or a comfy bed or good food but you never get all three. Not only was the food great, but the showers and bed was amazing and such a relief after days walking the wicklow way. Really Could not recommend them enough, the facilities are top notch and the owner Seamus is a hell of a fellow and one of my favorite Irish i've come in contact with. Will hopefully see them again this winter!
