I loved every part of my stay. Was my first time there and would highly recommend it as a lovely hotel to stay in. Fabulous meals. The room was so comfy and I loved the swimming pool. Staff were all so welcoming and friendly. I am definetly going back there nx yr. Wil try their spa facilities.

Brought a group here for tea and sandwiches and they were absolutely dreadful. Thankfully I have never had to complain before but everyone of my 38 people complained they were so bad. I complained on the day but didn’t feel they paid attention. When I got back to Dublin I wrote a letter, unfortunately it wasn’t even acknowledged. Shameful way to treat customers. Will definitely not be returning or recommending this hotel.

Service not great. Food (simple sandwiches and chips) inedible, looked awful and smelt disgusting and after all that the tables were cleared by a youngster (who needs to learn about customer service) wheeling a filthy dirty trolley, unbelievable.

Fab Afternoon Tea in a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff.

Myself and my son are just home from a few days here the hotel was absolutely amazing, the staff were so friendly and fantastic and the food was just delicious the pool was so nice also and I would really recommend this we will definitely be back again soon 😊😊

Grace went out of the way to get me a last minute apt. Had a fab facial and some quality relaxation in the facilities afterwards. Friendly staff. I'll be back!

Stayed at the brandon house hotel thursday night what a fantastic experience. The room was spotless, the food and drinks were amazing, the staff were so pleasant and friendly and 2 top it off we used the thermal suite in the spa which was just a true haven for relaxation. Would highly recommend this hotel 2 anyone myself and my husband will definitely be back sometime in the near future.

Stayed two nights with children, would highly recommend, all staff very friendly, food is lovely, rooms and all areas spotless clean, we booked dinner in restaurant but was a mix up and booking was made to bar, which was no big deal to us and we got our first round of drinks free which was very nice of them, Will definitely return here, location is perfect too. Pool is great for small children too. Couldn't fault anything about this hotel.

Highly recommend the Brandon Hotel everything was just perfect we had my sister's wedding over the weekend the staff were lovely and friendly Martin on the reception is a gentleman the food was lovely and the rooms are spotless thanks for a lovely weekend.

Really enjoyed our Spa day celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, the girls were so helpful and welcoming, The food in the bar & restaurant was delish highly recommend a stay here.

Couldn't fault anything from we first arrived until we left the staff couldn't do enough for me and my family they were very friendly. The rooms were great big TVs which the boys enjoyed. The facilities were fantastic we spent time each day in the pool. The food was lovely and so was the service… we will definitely be back again.

Be careful if you have any allergies. The restaurant staff are not knowledgeable on Allergies and the menu's allergen list is incorrect. Had dinner here on Saturday evening and asked the waitress to double check an allergen with the chef. The waitress had only half an answer and didn't seem to understand my query. I decided to go for the Gluten Free option that was indicated on the menu. When the desert arrived, it was clearly not gluten free and I queried with the waitress again who couldn't provide an answer. After another trip to the Kitchen the waitress said the dessert was "not suitable for glutens" and mumbled something else. I asked her to take it back which she didn't. I was brought another desert but my dinner guest had finished his meal at this stage. When I mentioned that the menu was incorrect the waitress was not bothered and kept repeating "well it's wrong"

Beautiful relaxing atmosphere, all the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Would definitely recommend for a lovely get away.

Stayed at the Brandon House hotel for a Christmas party night, I would highly recommend it the hotel was beautifully decorated and very welcoming, our room was spacious, clean and warm and looked really nice to walk in to was also really quite. Food was amazing and topped off with a great breakfast.

Myself and my work colleagues had an absolutely amazing stay at Brandon House Hotel & Solas Croí Spa on Nov 30th. From the minute we arrived to the very end of our stay we were treated with a fab service from Gráinne and all the staff in the Solas Croí Spa and Martin and staff at the hotel. Food and services were excellent in the restaurant. We all had a great time and look forward to our return. Highly recommended.

I had my wedding day here on Saturday and I actually cannot thank the staff enough especially Nicola! Nicola was on hand every single time I had a question, nothing was too big, Colm when booking and of course Marc the Barman. My guests are still talking about him he was brilliant. All the receptionists aswell with my million queries and room changes. The hotel exceeded my expectations and because of all the hard work and effort from the staff I got to have the most magical day of our lives.

Fab hotel. Food was amazing highly recommend the Wicklow lamb. Rooms were so big loads space only down fall was rooms were so warm. Pool was amazing loved the Jacuzzi and hydro area was fab never seen one before. Staff were so good very helpful waitresses in restaurant were so helpful very nice young ladies. Would defo go back again. Only downfall I would have is the entertainment wouldn't be everyone's choice.

Really enjoyed our stay here, great staff, great bar food and so reasonably priced. Rooms nicely decorated and very quiet. My daughter loved the pool, a few features of the pool were not working during our stay which was a little disappointing but I could see that the issue was being worked on the day we checked out. Will definitely back for another stay.

We had a lovely four day break love this hotel the views are amazing and the staff are even more amazing so friendly and helpful especially the people in reception will definitely be back.

Four of us just spent the wkend and we could not find fault with the place. The Spa treatments were amazing, the staff throughout the hotel were helpful and friendly and great food. A great hotel for a relaxing wk-end ;)

Amazing wedding venue with excellent and friendly staff.

Leisure Centre and spa facilities and staff were lovely. The extra cost to upgrade to a premium room was definitely not worth it — no view, very basic room experience, and we could hear every sound from the room next door. Thought it was a bit in poor taste that they would only agree to post the book we left behind us (within Ireland) if we would pay €8 on postage. Hotel policy apparently. If I’d come to only buy lunch and a coffee maybe this would be reasonable, but we’d stayed in a premium room for a few days. In the bigger scheme of things, offering to do this complimentary would have given a much better customer experience and impacted my thoughts on returning. Bar food was nice.

Helpful staff. Comfortable beds shower and bath very clean. Swimming pool and spa for guests. Good views and walks on grounds. Good breakfast available with room booking. 2ND time there for wedding. Food of high quality and served hot. Highly recommended.

Got the Spa, B&B and four course meal package as a belated birthday gift for my pregnant sister. We enjoyed every minute of it. The staff were friendly and helpful (especially Lynn from the Spa). The food was so fresh… we just couldn't fault it. The room was spotless. We had our breakfast brought up to our room at an extra cost of €9. The only flaw was there was no lift.

Excellent location. Staff very friendly and attentive. Food good. Spa is fantastic, on 4 levels to really chill out. Also a leisure centre to just swim. The view from the elevated hotel is fantastic. Plenty of different places to sit around the hotel. The town of New Ross is about 20 minutes away. But beware the walk back. The hill up to the hotel is sobering. Worth a visit.

We had a brilliant time at the Brandon house hotel. Loved the spa. Great leisure facilities. We had an 8 month old with us and we were fully accommodated. Food and service were amazing very helpful. Would highly recommend it also great facilities for kids.

I have stayed here several times over the last 2 years. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Food is Bostin and the views and location are great.
This time stayed for 8 nights as working in the area. The rooms are light and airy and comfy beds and achoice of Bath or shower.
The only thing I would suggest is having air conditioning in the rooms as the fans only do so much on hot evenings to cool the room. Makes a change to have such nice sunny weather.
I also used the spa and pool definitely worth doing. The lady who did my spa treatment was very good and knowledgeable.
Will be back.

A nice hotel with a great view and friendly staff. Their leisure facilities were top notch, but their dress rooms were a bit on the cold side.

Food was lovely. My partner had de steak. Was lovely. Only thing is say is a bit pricey. I had pasta and prawns in cheese sauce which was lovely. And service was good.

Great food whether you chose from the bar menu or the carvery lunch. Excellent options and great service. Nice views.

I really liked this hotel we had great breakfasts there and dinner was good too. They had gentleman preform music while we were there he was really good and entertaining I would recommend this hotel.

One of the few hotels in the area. Beautiful landscaping and large clean hotel with well appointed breakfast area. No A/C but fans were available upon request. Room was clean and quiet but the hotel needs updating in hallways and past the reception area.

Beautiful hotel and surroundings. The food was amazing and the bedrooms are second to none. The serenity walk is a must for anyone that just needs to clear their head. I will definitely be back again.

A nice place to eat. I've always been in the middle of the day, I don't know if they serve dinner.
As for the food, very acceptable, it is a kind of miniature buffet, little variety but an acceptable quality and that is to be appreciated.
The place may look like a class and refined English club, but it's just his appearance, you feel well received and comfortable at all times, or at least that's my experience (came with work clothes and without any refinement, to which I never found any obstacles).

Back in Dublin after a very relaxing two days in this hotel the hotel is extremely cosy perfect for a short break we found all the staff very pleasant and accommodating big shout out to Colm the manager he was very nice and helpful with a small problem we had and had it sorted in no time we ate in the library bar both evenings and food was delicious. We swam both days in the indoor pool and enjoyed the lovely jacuzzi unfortunately the spa was closed for renovations during our stay but it looks very inviting and would love a return visit just to try it. So overall our stay was lovely and thanks to all the staff… cleaners included our room was spotlessly clean.

Family party here recently, fantastic menu. Staff and management very helpful, pints are good, rooms as you'd expect and generally a nice atmosphere in the bar, lobby etc.

Enjoyable enough experience but the hotel is very tired and dated, it is, in my opinion in need of a full re-vamp. I do not know how the Brandon House has managed to keep a 4* rating? The Spa facilities are reasonably good although once again needs to be updated (I believe works are to be carried out soon). The staff are wonderful, helpful and polite. Breakfast was adequate. Bar food ok. When we booked this hotel we were expecting a much higher standard (judging by photos we had seen on internet).

No choice for 0 stars if there was I would of picked that. I normally never do reviews but im very upset with what happened here today. I Went for a spa day today with 2 friends which was brilliant from start to finish all the girls in the spa were fab and so professional. Then we decided to go to the restaurant for lunch before we headed home to where we met with a general manager who I was told is named Gregg to who I can only describe as a pig with absolutely no manner whatsoever who spoke to me like I was a dog. Asked did I want a sandwich made with bread.? What kind of question is that? When I answered yes he said "well thats a start anyway". And at the end said, "that wasnt hard was it"! Treated me like shit after spending over 300euro there today and had 2 other visits and stays with spa treatments also. Definetly wouldnt entice you to go back again if thats the kind of person who is a general manager. Some manners wouldnt go astray or retraining on how to treat returning customers. I have emailed a formal complaint, but I would like a reply to this as I feel I was treated very unfair and was nothing but nice to this man. He has ruined mine and both my friends days! Very disappointed!

Food was dangerously bad. Room wasn't well cleaned, there was rubbish behind the locker and one of the water bottles was open and only half full. Bar woman was very rude. All other staff were very friendly though and the waitress in the restaurant was noticeably embarrassed by the food.

Attended a wedding and it was amazing. Courses of the food were brought in with a great show. The food was wonderful and it just kept coming! The beds were soft and the room was clean. It was warm but there was a fan in the room which was very nice that we did not have to ask for it. There was also though we didn't get to use it.

Was in the Brandon hotel New Ross tonight for their Christmas party night As a person that the hospitality industry is my passion we can always find fault but every step of this event was flawless from booking to the end of the night The food was superb (there's a new head chef that started during the summer) so well done to the kitchen team but the floor staff sir pass on service (again I am sure because of a very well organised kitchen) with a very pleasant manager calling around the table's The music, a bee gee tribute band got everyone up straight away followed by a fantastic disco, so I have to say a great night was had by all Thank you all.

Stayed in a family room for two nights. Very comfortable stay. Hotel has friendly staff who do all they can to meet your needs. Great kids club and bar food delicious. Recommended.

We had our wedding in September at the Brandon House and I could not recommend this hotel enough! From the time of our first meeting to the day after the wedding when we left all the staff were just amazing especially Billy who was always there to answer any queries we had! We were so looked after on the day and the room was just amazing! The food was top class, everyone was very impressed! Thank you making our day so special and one to remember!

Had my wedding here it was Spectacular! couldn't find Any faults the staff food venue everthing was A1! We got stuck in the hotel due to a storm for an extra night and the staff were just Amazing!

Whilst on business it was a comfort returning in the evening to a warm welcome, excellent food, leisure facilities and a more than comfortable room, all at a very reasonable price.

Had a lovely 2 night stay. Rooms are decent, Clean & Comfortable, Staff throughout were brilliant, Good atmosphere in the Bar and prices were reasonable. Bar food was excellent. Spent a day in the Spa which was superb and again quite reasonably priced. Only reason I dropped a star was because the Leisure Centre was a little dated and in need of a refurb. All in all an enjoyable couple of days and will definitely be returning. Would recommend highly…

Beautiful setting, excellent amenities (the pool, spa and gym are awesome. Abd tge staff could not have been friendlier. I was there for a friends wedding and it was tge perfect venue for it. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend the Brandon House Hotel, the staff and courteous friendly and professional, The food tastes ls heavenly and served with the utmost attention. And the musician spent an extra hour playing for us just cos we wanted 1 more dance! The pool, sauna and Jacuzzi are spotless, with staff always nearby should one require an extra towel, Overall we had a fabulous weekend with all six of us reluctant to leave such a beautiful place. Excellent value for money too. What more could you ask for, except maybe another day or 2 there. Fantastic hotel.

Nice relaxing hotel in quite hidden place but yet only 5 minutes from city centre with all the facilities. Ideal place for weddings or weekend away.

Newly decorated rooms. Lovely bar area. Nice leisure centre. Just a few annoying points. Bathroom door in room doesn't close. Breakfast buffet… food quality is good but at 8.30am on a Sunday morning they were missing beans, eggs, hash browns etc. Most annoying factor was you had to wait to be served tea/coffee and toast and unfortunately they came after we finished breakfast. Overall nice hotel with pleasant staff but no proper management for breakfast.

When Brandon House Hotel & Spa is observed for the first time, it may be thought to be a comfortable place where a relaxing, healthy and bodycaring treatment is offered to guests along with a stay in an elegant and cosy venue. The extensive variety of the services offered and the elegance of the interiors are superb; experiences are many and plentiful in this dream venue. Definitely, the Five Senses are trully meaningful in Brandon House Hotel & Solas Croí Spa.

Wide variety of food and drink, food is gorgeous and the rooms are clean and well fitted. The pool is large and bright. The hotel could do with some Wi-Fi that works!

Loved this place. Great for a family or just a couple getting away from it all. It has everything you need. No need to leave the hotel at all.

Lovely location ona hill overlooking New Road. Food is lovely especially Sunday lunch and the staff are great. Can get very busy for food on Sunday.
