What a lovely place. John and his staff were so helpful and understanding for my new Wife Amanda and myself. The food on top class the venue was amazing. He made our special day on the 9th July for our wedding. I have and will be recommending to everyone what a lovely place to have a wedding. Couldn't been any better. thank you regards John and Amanda.

We had our wedding here last Friday the 15th July and could not fault anything at all John and the staff were so accommodating to ourselves an all our guests The service was exceptional and the food was amazing From start to finish even with planning John couldn’t be any more helpful to us made planning the wedding at the hotel so much easier John and the staff went above an beyond and made the day go without any issues Thanks a mill to John an the staff at the rhu Glenn for everything From Kelly and lee ☺️☺️

Me and My boyfriend stopped by to have a bita lunch and wen we received our food we ate most of it but we felt very sick after it. The roll was doughy and it wasn't fresh really and the chips were very bland. I don't think the roll and food were cooked for very long.

Just had a great meal there with the family great food great service thanks a million will definitely be back will give ye a plug on my radio show tomorrow thanks again guys.

We went last night dinner was absolutely gorgeous staff were all lovely would definitely recommend as nothing was a bother to them.

Stayed at this hotel with a few friends (a girly weekend away) we could not fault it, the rooms were spotless & the food was beautiful, there was a lovely girl called Gillian who was working there & she was so friendly & very helpful, she could not do enough for us, we will be back.

We had a fantastic large family gathering this weekend in Rhu Glenn family run hotel on the border of kilkenny/Waterford, staff were so friendly amd welcoming from reception, household staff, bar staff and management who made our break so enjoyable,.
food excellent and a good variety of choice for everyone for all ages. We had access to the function room on both nights for entertainment and also for a special meal on the Saturday night
rooms clean and serviced each morning by the lovely staff who were never far when we wanted anything.

Very helpful staff and receptionist had a fee minor issues when we got here nothing major but they sorted us out straight away were very happy wiry our room and the bat staff are fab. Will definitely be staying hear again.

Ordered take away from the weekend menu tonight! We got the chicken burger and Tru Rhu burger. The food was just fab. Hot when it got home and such fresh ingredients! Nicest beef burger I think I’ve ever had to be honest! Really packed nice with a lovely side salad too! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Four of us had dinner there. Beautiful food served by lovely staff. Dining well divided, screens between tables and sanitizing at entry and exit. Staff all wearing masks. Would definitely reccomend to anyone wanting to eat out in these strange times. Thank you all at the Rhu Glen.

I had wedding in Rhu Glenn nearly a year ago and I loved it … nice place and nice staff.

Have been here with a guided tour, wouldn‘t have booked this myself. This gem is a special one. The bar and restaurant are very niffy, feel free to enjoy a disgusting dish there. Room was dirty, some hair of the beard from my predecessor have been left all over the bathroom for my pleasure. Never again.

I was passing and went in for the breakfast. It was a full Irish it was very greasy spoon and no presentation. The staff were very good and attentive.

Absolutely loved our stay, the food was gorgeous and still piping hot when it was brought out and they were also able to accommodate my 8mnth old daughter. The staff were very friendly and we are definitely looking forward to having our wedding there. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely fantastic place to visit, looks recently renovated and very clean and staff exceptionally friendly in the bar and serving the food. The portion sizes are great and great value for money. The food was lovely, I had the lasagne which was tasty and filling. Ample on site parking and easy to get to. If you’re in the area and want a bite to eat in a friendly and relaxing place then please visit here and you won’t be disappointed.

If you've ever seen the movie Psycho and want the same experience without getting attacked in the shower then this place is for you. Right down to the creaky vacancy sign outside. When we got there we were handed a key for the room which was so big I nearly had to put it on my shoulder. We went to the dining room and took one look around and then left. The breakfast the next morning was really nice and the lady serving the food was lovely but the dining room was freezing… would not recommend this place… it needs a serious update!

Somewhat remote for visitors without a car, but quiet.
Do not pay attention to getting the side of the kitchen (e. G. No. 23), fan does not switch off until the evening.

We just had a chicken curry on our way to the ferry it was beautiful the staff very friendly and helpful.

This is a very professional run business. A fine big hotel with the best of band's and a lot big dance floor. All staff are very well trained and work is done to the highest standard. Wonderful night had by all.

Hotel was good to find. Enough parking. Beds are abnormally soft and uncomfortable. Those who have Back Problems should avoid this Hotel. Breakfast was ok.

Popped in for dinner. Hardly anyone in, got seated very quickly and served just as quick. Meals came quick, hot and plentiful. Not bad price either.

Oh deardated, old fashioned and in real need of an update. Tired staff and threadworn carpets — gave the toilets a miss. Car park is good though.

Stayed here with my sisters for the weekend. We have to say our stay was fantastic from start to finish. The food is top class and the staff are excellent. Great place to stay will definitely return. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and the Saturday night dancing was a bonus.

My stay at the Rhu was ruined on check — in, I arrived in happy spirits checking in with my husband we were greeted by ANN, (the owner) aside from her uniform looking un — ironed and dirty, Ann did not lift her head up from the desk to smile and greet us, instead she barked who did you book with, followed by the name! I told her my surname 3 times spelling it quite clearly two times, in the end my husband said it and she found the booking, she didn't tell us the time for breakfast or where we had to go, i feel she could do with attending a customer care course, as the hotel is lovely and clean and a perfect breakfast (cold room) but the whole thing could of been ruined by insulting your paying guests, stay away from the reception area.

My wife and I just spent a couple of nights in the Rhu Glenn Hotel. Its not often that I have said about staying in a hotel on a break that from the moment I walked into the a hotel till I left I enjoyed every moment of it, but I can say that about the Rhu Glenn Hotel. The room was clean, warm and cosy with a proper spacious bathroom. A large warm lounge in which to relax in. The food also in the bar was also hot, tasty, and edible. Last but not least were freindly staff in the hotel. Nothing was to much trouble for them if you asked them to help you with a problem. I would go back again and recomend anyone to give it a try. Usually very friendly and good range of all-day food. Very quiet today and felt cold because the usual roaring winter fire was not lighting.

Beautiful hotel food was fab rooms are a little cold overall lovely experience would recommend.

Great food but room 13 is haunted with the ghost of a dead child.

Got married here on new years eve and couldn't fault a thing! John was brilliant throughout the whole day and the time leading up to it. I didn't have to worry about a thing! All our guests commented on how well the day flowed and everything from the ceremony to drinks reception to the evening was faultless. The food was amazing! would recommend the rhu glenn hotel to anyone considering it as their wedding venue they will not pick a better hotel! thanks again to John and staff it was a pleasure!

Great night there for a stag 26-08-17 food A+ Wifi A+ Parking A+ Room B+ the only problem I had was I had room 4 and there was a huge amount of small fly's or midgets in the room like near a hundred, I left the light on in the bathroom so they all flew in there, but as we were on a stag it was strange as I got to see at least 5 other rooms and none had the same issue, this did not dieter from my stay a wonderful hotel and I plan to stay soon again.

Nice enough but had to trek upstairs to our room with all our baby stuff and no sign of a lift and no chance of getting a ground floor room either. Wifi is useless where ever you go. It never connects or is says "incorrect password" Other than that it was nice for a break.

Had my twins christening there last night and I must say john and the team could not have done more for us from start to finish the service we received was second to none our sit down meal was fabulous very generous portions and top quality food all the waitresses were so polite and obliging we had a great nights entertainment in the bar afterwards with live music great atmosphere all night my room was lovely very homely and comfortable couldn't recommend this hotel enough I will def be staying again in the future thanks again to john and all the staff for making our day so special and memorable x.

5 stars to the Rhu Glenn, John & staff. Alan and I had our wedding there on the 9 Sept 2016 and everything was perfect. The room was beautiful. John & staff went over and beyond for us and we couldn't be more grateful. They were so helpful leading up to the day and the day of everything was more then we expected. We can't thank them enough. We would highly recommend them for future events. We will definitely be back.

Carvary restaurant which is ok for some, regardless, the food is delicious.

Good food and very fast service. Great spot to drop into on the road from New Ross to Waterford.
