Went to see Santa today and was lovely very welcome also had meal in restaurant staff was fantastic food was amazing. 😊

We had our Christmas Party in thr Village Hotel last night. Every aspect of it was top quality. The food was gorgeous and served quickly. The staff were so courteous and friendly. The band were brilliant also. Would highly recommend 👌.

Myself and my husband have recently got married in the village hotel and we cannot recommend the hotel enough. Everything was fantastic from the moment we arrived to when we were leaving. The food was fantastic and people are still talking about it now two weeks later. (Sorry for the late review). Leighanne the wedding planner was fantastic to deal with and nothing was an issue for her. Then on the day Sinead and team were great. Massive shout out to Shannon and James who are a credit to the hotel. Again, a massive thank you from Aaron & Ashley.

Was at my nieces wedding at hotel and have to say even though staff was young they did a great job, polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. Food was very good, could not fault it. Downside was stress they caused my niece and partner before wedding, little extras they said but was already agreed re prices was unacceptable these only came up two weeks before wedding. Also as part of packages for dj and late bar was to be provided but with no fault of hotel but an irate neighbour who reports to Garda at least little thing it did not happen but hotel didn’t compensate them for this and as was suppose to be included in the wedding package. And as for neighbour hotel was there long before housing estate were built around it. Band bees knees was excellent and I would recommend them for a wedding or party from first song they had us up dancing.

We had dinner here, this was my first time visiting the hotel, A lovely hotel, from walking into reception area to our table, the staff were welcoming and friendly. There was a great atmosphere in the place, a busy hotel. The food was delicious, there was 11 of us for dinner and we all enjoyed our meals. Compliments to the chefs. We received great service from all the waiting staff. They were efficient and friendly, we weren't waiting long to be served and the food was quick. I would highly recommend this hotel to visit as we had a great experience. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Appalling customer service, management very rude!

Some so called senior staff could do with a course on manners, very very rude.

My sisters wedding was here the weekend This hotel is a great venue for weddings, staff were so lovely, food was absolutely beautiful and a little different which we all loved, rooms and hotel was spotless and the greeting everyone got was so lovely Highly recommend 👍🏻👍🏻

My daughters and I brought our friend for lunch, the staff were welcoming and friendly, the food was delicious, they had no problems with one picky eaters requests, the kids lived the Brownies for desert and the coffees were lovely. Thanks Ady (hope I spelt that right), Megan and Grainne for making our little ladies lunch special.

Absolutely horrendous hotel. Staff and service is shocking. Both my daughters and her friends 21st cancelled as aparantly weddings take priority over booked and paid for parties if a wedding date has to be changed. Last night her boyfriend and his friend refused entry saying there were no seats when there were plenty of empty seats around. This was 6.30pm they just wanted a couple of pints and to watch the football. I don't know what kind of clientele this establishment want they are awful. Never had a good experience and there's always an excuse and a bad one at that. I would never recommend this hotel.

We had my mam and dad’s 45th wedding anniversary here today we’d highly recommend they couldn’t do enough to for us. We all had a great day food was lovely and the staff were great a big shout out to Matthew and josh for looking after us all day. Thanks again 😘

Had a lovely evening on Saturday with friends. Food was delicious, great service and live music afterwards was great. Can’t wait for our next night out in the village.

Ate lunch in the village hotel during the week and am happy to say its the best local lunch Ive had in months! the staff are attentive, polite and knowledgable. The food was excellent and good value. Honestly delighted and can't wait to go back!

We Stayed here last weekend in the suite as a treat, we were visiting family who live in the area. This was my second time to stay in the hotel. This hotel has it all, staff are helpful, very friendly and create a lovely atmosphere around the hotel. We had dinner in the outside dining area. The area is just fab and the dinner menu had such a selection. Definitely if you stay here have dinner. The food is amazing. Breakfast the next morning was equally as good with plenty of choices and as always greeted by wonderful staff. When we arrived home we decided to phone the hotel and treat ourselves to another night away in a few weeks. Thank you to all in the village inn for a wonderful experience we look forward to our next trip.

I got the family tray of turkey and ham dinners today for our family it was amazing.

The delivery service during covid lockdown restrictions has been amazing. We ordered cocktails on valentine's Day. They were presented in a beautiful bag with a red balloon, heart shaped ice holder, heart napkins & red rose petals along with a beautiful cocktail glass for free.

We had a lovely take away meal on Tuesday. Fantastic service, ready on time and the order made perfect. Food was delicious and fresh. Would highly recommend. Not our first time ordering and won’t be our last!

The ambience, atmosphere, staff, rooms and food are second to none. Can't recommend this hotel enough. Try it, you'll know what I mean…

My friends took me there for my birthday and it was beautiful, the place is nicely decorated, prices are very affordable and I felt welcomed and appreciated as a guest.
Every time I’ll go for a lunch, with my wife or friends, I’m going there from Drogheda.

Yesterday was my sons communion and thanks to all the team and Rachel and Angela for taking care of us and given us that time to enjoy our meal and the children had so much fun use did amazing job highly recommended the village Inn for every event nothing they can't cater for.

I love this place. Iv enjoyed every meal iv had in it. And the staff are so nice.

In for dinner this evening, first trip out to eat as a family since lockdown. Fantastic set up great service and fantastic food. Above all a smiling welcome back from the staff, great to be able to pop out to the local and feel safe. Thanks to all for your fantastic work.

Ordered a take away from here as a treat. Was absolutely gorgeous, would highly recommend. From the time I called during the week enquiring from the time I collected it service was brilliant. Would highly recommend the chicken wings and Caesar salad.

Consistency and high standards. Staff always helpful and add a nice personal service. All of these factors are vital in any successful hospitality business. Coors light always good.

Was there tonight for my Dad's 75th Birthday and I found the staff very helpful friendly and really lovely … the food was lovely and the hotel itself really pretty … the only negatives if even a negative were the staff a little disorganised (but their friendliness made up for it) and the music a touch loud… But we will definitely be back again … Best of Luck to the owners and all the staff :-)

Stopped in to The Village Hotel with my wife and 2 sons for lunch this afternoon after a day at the Fleadh. The place is looking fantastic, the service was excellent and the food was the best that I’ve had out in a long time. Excellent.

Lovely decor, friendly staff, great food and atmosphere. Highly recommend to everyone to give it a go.
