Was comfortable as a base while attending an event nearby. The room is a little awkward with no mirror and a pillar beside the bed.
Host was very helpful with check in.

I travel a lot with work and this was the worst stay of my life. No joke.
Absent host at the property allows for any kind of parties to take place. A sleepless night because of 5 or 6 people in the room next door having a type of sex party. Shouting obscenities and got worse when I knocked on the wall. I made a report to the police. The host makes excuses and acts as if there is nothing he can do except increase the price to keep these type of people away.
Definitely not a place to stay. False claims of good soundproofing between rooms. Security camera in the hallway does nothing in this kind of situation. Didn't feel safe especially with the other guests reaction when I asked them to keep the noise down.
Let's see what excuse the host comes up with here. Overpriced too for a dodgy guesthouse.

I spent two uncomfortable nights here in March 2026. This accommodation is not 5 star in any way. I would hesitate to give it three.
Firstly — it is described on booking. Com as 'bed and breakfast'. This is false and misleading; there is no breakfast provided. This accommodation should be removed from that section of the Booking. Com listings.
Second — the amenities state that there's tea and coffee in every room: another falsehood. There was no tea/coffee facilities in my room. There WAS tea and coffee making facilities in the hallway if you care to travel downstairs in your nightclothes to access it. There was a opened box of teabags available, but they were not the kind in individual wrappers (which they should be for 3 star, never mind five). This is very off-putting and totally unhygienic. This is absolutely NOT 5 star.
* The room was very small and cramped, with a pillar in the middle, flush against the bed. The bed was a small double and would have been very uncomfortable for two people. Someone would be in contact with the pillar through the night. The drone from a machine (heating? air conditioning? ) below my window ran for the entirety of my stay preventing me from sleeping. I used ear plugs and could still hear it. There was also the crashing of hundreds of glass bottles being dealt with a 2.15 in the morning. (I was awake anyway because of the air-conditioning/machine drone).
The room was hot when I arrived so I kept the window a little open the first night.
