Stayed there with my boyfriend this week. Was extremely unhappy. Firstly when we knocked on the door the lady working there opened the door unhappy as if we woke her but we told them the time of our arrival, so straight away we felt unwelcome. She was very ignorant. We normally park in the driveway but they filled it with plant pots so nobody could park anymore but it was advertised as free parking so we basicly drove around for half an hour trying to find somewhere to park where we wouldn't be clamped. The next thing was internet, we were trying to find the internet downstairs in the middle of the night on pages at the front door because she never mentioned it to us when we arrived, we had a broken window so when we were dying with the heat of the room we couldn't even open it. No soaps or shampoo in the bathroom, at night when conversating and laughing in the room a staff member ran up the stairs and banged outside our room as if to tell us to shut up. The next morning we were not ready by 11 on the dot so she came up the stairs banged on our door and we said just a minute and she demanded "get out here" So we opened the door and we said we will be two minutes, when we came down the stairs she actually charged us a fee for not being out of the room exactly on time. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and quiet frankly disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone we were made feel so uncomfortable and the rooms that are advertised are the nice ones but the ones they end up giving you are the small ugly ones. I only paid 70 Euro but by god it was not worth the money, would of been better looked after, more comfortable with friendly and PROFESSIONAL staff in a hostel.
