Very complete apartments, fair couple utensils have a good few days, dishwasher, washer-dryer, in case the stay is longer, very comfortable beds. It is in a place from which you can walk to all the most outstanding sites. With Airlink bus stops, for the airport very close. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We have had a great few days, I recommend it.

I love that everything is within walking distance. Specially this location, since it's right in the middle of everything. Apartment-hotel is very spacious, secure, clean, with friendly staff. I feels like your in hotel and a B&B all combined.

Good for family with kids and if you like to do your own cooking. Fully equipped and on call assistance 24x7. But don't except it to be pish. Feels more like a university hostel, but in a good way.

Stayed here 9-11 May with family 5 adults Good accomadation with everything you need also well positioned for a short walk 15 mins into. Temple bar area etc Would stay again.

Spacious apartments and close enough to the Center. The parking lot is paying. There are shops nearby.

Beautiful appartment, excellent location. Water infrastructure is close to bedrooms and slightly noise but not important if you close all dors :)

Basic but reasonable quality apartments in a good location. Bars, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Service a little patchy as we couldn't check in until a couple of hours after the advertised timing.

Positives: Friendly reception staff, spacious apartment, Wi fi easy access and free, right in the city centre, close to the historical centers, mini-market nearby.
Negatives: Poor window insulation, missing cleaning staff, broken couch, sink that runs on the top and clogged, lack of television channel.

Excellent Appartahotel, ideal for families or groups, equipped with all comforts, modern structure and courteous staff.

We booked this for my mom's birthday in December. Bells should have rang after my first correspondence with them. My mom few out from South Africa in December for her Birthday & Christmas, on a South African passport. Because of her passport, we asked the hotel to write a confirmation letter with all the guest names to cover any issues at immigration. They refused, apparently they can only write letters for existing guests, not upcoming bookings. I had to go to Twitter to get them to write this. Then the trip, which never happened. We were due to fly out on the day the snow hit Birmingham. All flights were cancelled, everything! Ryanair refunded us immediately & I notified the hotel before we even left the airport. They refused to refund us at all, said we could rebook within 3 months. I explained that rebooking was not an option, my mom would be going back to South Africa. It came down to "computer says no", Staycity were not moving. Our travel insurance has covered the costs for my husband & I but I'm still out of pocket for 1/3 of the costs, based on something that was out of my control. Be very careful when booking with this company, make 100% sure that nothing will derail your trip as this company will not help in any way.

Clean, tidy and very reasonably priced, within good distance of the city centre.

Used Dublin Staycity Apartment during 10 week donor stem cell transplant at nearby At James's Hospital. Clean, spacious 2 room apartment, weekly cleaning, excellent reception team, onsite parking. More facilities, flexibility and lower price than a tiny hotel room In future, for City visits, will always check out Staycity as good value, spacious, premium option. Thanks to the team.

Very good place to visit Dublin, everything is accessible on foot, the staff is attentive and is present to meet your needs (questions, restaurant reservation, attractions or taxi).
The 5-seater apartments are spacious on the other hand the 5th will have to sleep on the sofa of the living room uncomfortable and the toilets are not separated (unpractical when you are 5)

Nice apartment, very spacious. Large car park too. 24h reception. Clean. Only complains, fire sensor goes off anytime you use kitchen appliances, even for a toast. And TV very poor but overall excellent place and location.

Great place! Staff made us feel very welcome! Apartment was amazing! Big bath with shower, huge comfy beds, kitchen fully equipped. Ready to move in :) great location, around 15 min walk to center. We only stayed for one night but definitely next time in Dublin, we will choose it again!

A great place for a family to stay in Dublin. Clean, cozy. A short walk to everything, temple bar, dart train, Dublin Castle, Marsh library. We stayed with our 5 year old there's grocery close by. Loved it.

Great location to visit Dublin on foot. Large apartments. Staff attentive to the reception. Satisfied customers.

Have lived here since August. It's a nice apartment with everything one needs. The workers are pretty nice. I'd reccomend it.

Hotel near the center easily accessible staff great clean rooms and spacious functional kitchens bathrooms big gardens that make you feel at home and on the whole a great and comfortable stay… it seems to be in a luxury residence… congratulations.

Room smells dusty, like it's been closed for a very long time. Shower has two settings: freezing and boiling. It's a party every night in some apartment somewhere. Good luck if you're a light sleeper. Washing machine broke on first use. Trash can is broken since day one. Gets two stars because the staff is indeed excellent.

Quite location little far 8 minutes to temple bar no cleaning you always smill cooking and some staff not good expensive but over all its okay to stay with family.

Big morning buffet breakfast is good reception staff excellent, English speaking and very helpful. Rooms spacious and clean.

Staff were excellent. Even called a couple days before to check and see what we needed. Apartment was beautiful until we got out onto the balcony which looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. The windows were filthy the floor and unswept. It’s a shame too because the rest of the place was fantastic and the staff were great. I’m only writing this review so that you can rectify the problem.

Lots of room for 7 people. Water had iron smell/taste from kitchen, so we bought bottled water. They provide laundry detergent pods, toilet paper and trash bags.

Absolutely fabulous, fabulous staff, so helpful in every way, so friendly can't praise them enough. The apartments are spotless, so comfortable with everything you need an more, like home Away from home. Children friendly also, everything is so close, an efficient. I would highly recommend them. Last minute booking so very expensive. Worried about famously dodgy location but actually seemed fine. Massive complex of apartments. Plenty of shops and cafes nearby and very easy to get a cab.

Great place to stay. Fully equipped kitchen and nice big apartments. Friendly staff. Tiny TV and loud noise from the heater was the only things that didn't meet my expectations.

Very clean and tidy. The apartments have plenty of space, there were two rooms each with two beds and a line with a pull out sofa bed. The location is perfect, a short walk into three pounds, clubs and restaurants.

I got really impressed with their structure. We rented an apartment for 3 and in the last night we could sleep in 5 people without extra charge (we asked first and they told price was already covering everything). Apartment was big and super clean. The only small problems were the building doors — Anyone can force and open them without a card key. Other than that, staff was helpful and nice in several occasions. They helped with taxi, printing travel documents and didn't fully charge the extra hours my family had to stay. I definitively recommend them and will use again when needed.

I found it a good price but I was in low season. Clean and central place with courteous and friendly staff. Problems with the bathrooms… punctually resolved but would serve more preventive maintenance. If the bathrooms had been OK I would have given it 5 stars.

Began a long term stay at this location of Stay City and the service is not up to par with how much I am paying. The Wi-Fi is terrible — I have requested it be fixed since week 1 and we are now approaching week 5. They are still "talking to the Wi-Fi service provider". Also, when asking for things from the front desk it usually takes 2 or 3 times of asking to actually receive toilet paper, towels, EVEN maid service, etc. Would not reccomend spending this much money for such a low quality "serviced" apartment.

Great reception, very nice apartment.

Large apartments, super hot water for showers and comfortable beds make it a great choice. The weekly cleaning can be made more regular — I had to remind them after a week that the cleaning was overdue.

The place we stayed at was clean and had the basic necessities but the services provided by the staff working there was poor. The taxi service they provided barely got us to our coach bus in time even though we had called well in advance. The water was too cold to shower in after only one other person had showered for about 5 minutes. One concierge in particular named Conor was extraordinarily rude, he would constantly check us for our names before permitting us into the hotel. When I pay as much as I did I would expect these types of issues to be non-existent.

Rude staff, cold showers, uncomfortable beds, and questionable guest policy is what I paid 600 Euros a night for. I hope anyone who is reading this can book somewhere else and avoid the hell I went through. I wish I could give it no stars but that is not possible. We had booked a three bedroom apartment for 5 people during St. Patricks Day. I paid in excess of 600 euros a night. The hot water ran out after 2 five minute showers and we were told that any excess use of electricity would be added to our bill. For the amount I paid, one would think hot water and sufficient electricity should be included, but thats not the case here. Apart from that, the staff was very rude to us, and had us check all our names every time we came into the building. We asked if we could pay extra for the last night and add one more person since there was an extra bed. The staff along with the supervisor named Conor absolutely refused this and kicked our guest out of the lobby at 6:45 am. She was allowed only after 7AM because thats when the policy allows for guests. A bit unreasonable? considering we were willing to pay extra for the whole night so our friend could come in at 6:45am?

Horrible experience. Overpriced, and terrible customer service. For 2, 000 euros for 3 nights, you should be able to have two consecutive warm showers without running out of hot water. We booked a room for 5 people, but were upgraded to a room with 6 single beds. The staff wouldn't allow us to bring a guest up to our room for a few hours, even though there was an extra bed and we offered to pay an extra fee to add them to the room. Beyond their stupid policy on guests, the concierge was extremely rude about it. Wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.

Stayed here last year for a family members birthday. Nice location with a 10 minute walk to Temple Bar. The only downside to this apartment block is that the road is on a quite steep incline. Fine for able bodied persons, but those in wheelchairs may struggle.

Me and 6 other friends stayed here for the Slipknot concert and we honestly can't believe how nice it was! The staff were extremely nice and really easily approached. We didn't have any problems with the room it was really pleasant and also the beds is something we couldn't stop talking about on the bus home today on how good they were compared to ours haha! If were ever back in Dublin and need to stay the night we will be back.

Location good, apartment okay. Just requires a minor facelift given then number of people who have stayed there.

I was pleasantly impressed with this Colony. Very nice rooms, or rather very nice apartments, complete with everything, washer dryer, dishwasher and all appliances all the participants. I spent 5 nights at 800 metres from most attractions, Temple Bar, Trinity College, Guinness.
Recommended th especially someone like me who went with his wife and child.
