Super Friendly staff. They let us check in 5 hours early. You can’t beat that.
The breakfast buffet was amazing! Great variety.
Shuttle services to airport helped keep down trip cost expenses.
We caught the bus to downtown Dublin. It was a 2 minute walk to the bus stop. It was a great hotel!

Very comfortable bed had a great night's sleep. Very helpful staff. Lovely breakfast plenty of options. Overall very good.

Everything u could need in an airport hotel. Room has hairdryer, iron & ironing board, kettle with tea, coffee & cups, available toiletries, desk & TV in room, helpful staff & clean room that is quiet. Plus buffet breakfast included & free shuttle to airport.

In a shambles due to renovation. This is understandable, but the room was dirty, for which there is no excuse. Carpet stained, wall (about 1 ft away feel side of bed, so you almost have to touch it when you get up) needs to be scrubbed and painted. I touched the bedside lamp to turn it off and it nearly fell off in my hand, so I did not get light. Drain in sink was cruddy and there was mucky black mildew in the shower. Bags of laundry were in the hall when we arrived about 9pm, and still there this morning when we left.
On the plus side, there were enough towels and at least those and bed linens were clean and breakfast was decent.

Lovely clean spacious rooms also courtesy ice machine at end of corridor friendly staff and very quick simple check in would definitely recommend.

If you like your pizza to taste like it was scraped off bear grylls hikin boot after a dander through an afghanistan mountain then this is the place for youa.

Nicely situated. Nice rooms & great staff. But extensive works going on at the moment, putting extra floors on the hotel so verrrry noisy.

This hotel has potential but… Could not get hot water for a shower at 5:45 am. We had arranged for the free breakfast to go but it was not ready despite having ordered immediately after our travelling companions (they got theirs-must have given it to someone else. ) Rooms very small. Great location though for an early flight. Shuttle bus is not guaranteed-first come first served-and you need to go next door to the Crowne Plaza to get it.

Compared to other hotel stays in Ireland, this was the least comfortable. Hoping for a good night's sleep, before a long day of flying, this hotel was the least comfortable. The hotel room was narrow and the bathroom was tiny. The mattress was thin and very firm. The pillows were flat. Compared to the previous night stay at Tullamore Court Hotel, this hotel was sub par. Also, the sink in the bathroom was high making it difficult to use for someone short. Pros: The check in and out was easy and the breakfast was good.

Very nice and modern hotel designed with short stays in mind. No amenities however and the lack of a proper restaurant is a let down. The rooms are spacious, very well equipped, modern, and very comfortable. Breakfast is included, good selection of food to choose from, something for everyone. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a short stay close to the airport. Staff are very professional and extremely helpful.

It is a hotel with friendly staff, it is close to the airport! You have a big park in front of it if you want to go for a walk. Supermarket and stores 15 minute walk. The rooms are tidy and you have three different power outlets which is great. They have some scaffolding for renovations right now but I never heard a thing. The bed is really low which is good for people with a dissability and the same for the bathroom and a phone for emergencies, for really tall people it might be too low but they might have different rooms as well… I don't know. I couldn't find a usb port but I was able to use my regular power plug. The room was clean and modern and the price of the room was a little much compared to other hotels but you do not need to pay for a taxi and I booked 2 days before my stay so that might have been why I paid more. Overall I had a good experience.

Helpful staff. Had early morning flight so too early for breakfast but was offered a takeaway breakfast. Comfortable room with all the amenities.

Good stay. Very close to the airport and was able to easily use the shuttle back and forth from the airport. We had a very early flight and very provided us with a box breakfast. The front desk was very helpful when we wanted to get into the city for dinner — gave us good information about bus routes, costs, etc and helped make change for the bus. Rooms were decent, slept well.

Great room. Great shower. Perfect for a night's sleep if you are catching a plane the next morning. Breakfast was included. Staff very helpful and friendly. Free shuttle to the airport, takes about 10 mins.

Rooms are ok. Bed is huge but overpowers the size of the room. The view was simply other people's room Windows. Things that can be helped however, put more tea and coffee into the rooms one serving isn't enough really. It will eliminate the need for guests to call down to reception for more. Food is good! Staff are very welcoming. Very central location not far from city centre at all.

Lovely location. Easy access to a bus going to downtown Dublin. Thoroughly enjoyed our take away breakfast given to us because we had an early flight. Ordered a pizza delivered to the front desk for €12. Absolutely delicious! Rooms a bit tired but were fine for a one night stay. Free shuttle to and from the airport.

Ended up staying there on 2 separate occasions. Great amenities including frequent shuttle to airport, small pub, and better than decent breakfast. Room was pretty cramped for 3 adult sized bodies, but the beds were fine, room was clean, and Wi-Fi worked well. What more could a traveler desire? There was also a nice park across the street as well as Lidl just up the road a short trek.

We stayed the night before our flight home. The hotel is conveniently located along the bus route, has its own airport shuttle and a full breakfast buffet. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable for two adults and two children.

Standard Holiday Inn express, fine for an overnight stay. Around 5 minutes from the airport, with a free shuttle bus. It also has a (charegable) parking building and you can use the restaurant and bar in the Crowne Plaza next door and have it charged to your room.

Lovely hotel, impeccable and polite concierge and staff. Wonderful buffet style breakfast, with items replaced as required. A hotel key is needed to access the lift/elevator, enter and to turn on the lights in the room. Wi-Fi is free, and had a good signal. Comfortable beds with different types of pillows (very soft, medium, firm). The room I was in had outlets from all major countries (UK, Asia, Australia, North America, etc. ), and the TV has computer/Chrome hookups. The offer a free shuttle to and from Dublin Airport, and the driver was very courteous and friendly. I would stay again without hesitation.

We were satisfied, but then came the evening: A dance competition took place in the neighbouring hotel. And all the children, who had nothing to do, ran screaming through the hallways and rousted with things to the door.
That was really tiring.

Stayed in this hotel as a say guest after a very early flight into Dublin and hostel wouldn't let us check in until the afternoon. The hotel room I stayed in was very clean and had the usual finishes such as a small TV and power outlets for multiple countries. The receptionist was very helpful and we had no problems with checking in after reserving a room over the phone. If I needed to I would certainly stay here again.

Room was clean, quiet and spacious. Staff were extremely good with a complimentary bottle of prosecco for me and my girlfriend, also gave us complimentary parking. For of the staff alone I would stay there again.

Useful for Dublin Airport. Free shuttle bus to and from airport. Good rooms, spacious and well designed, soundproofing not the best though. Decent breakfast options though more veggie choices such as tomatoes and mushrooms would have been good. Friendly helpful staff. Would use again.

This was a great place to stop overnight near the airport before I flew out the next day. The halls were very narrow but the room was clean, and I liked the layout and design of the furniture. The twin beds were pretty hard compared to what I normally expect in a hotel, but I didn't find it very difficult to sleep on them. There is a bar, but not what I would call a restaurant. The Crown Plaza next door has a restaurant, but there is a DARLING little Italian restaurant right around the corner that I loved. It's called Little Venice. Great food, cozy and friendly. Walked there in 4 minutes.

Older building. Has free shuttle service to and from airport but only until a certain time. Water pressure was low. Breakfast was good. Average stay.

Hotel is nice but parking is not free. Parking gate did not work properly. Do not try to get a banana off the breakfast buffet 5 minutes before they open or you will be chastised.

Great place if you need shuttle service to the airport. The restaurant next door is perfect for a nightcap as well. Also one of the best continental breakfasts I had on the entire trip. Not for selection — but the prep and quality.

Hotel accommodations was nice and the staff was courteous. Nothing outstanding, but nothing bad either. Offered a free continental breakfast in the morning and free Wi-Fi. Also had a free shuttle service for transport to and from the airport. We ate our dinner next door at the Crown Plaza instead of at the Holiday Inn because the Holiday Inn only offered a limited "snack" menu.

Nice and clean rooms, well isolated from any outside noise. Tea, coffee etc was available in the room, as well as a small (albeit comfy) bar down at the reception. Complimentary breakfast and airport shuttles were a big plus.

All services and general appearance was as expected from HI, although the bed in my room was not as expected. It was hard and springy, NOT HI quality. The pilliows also were not of HI qualituy did not mention to staff as we arrived late and went straight to bed and was up early for our departure flight. Staff very friendly and courteous and acknowledged platinum priority status upon arrival. Colin checked us in with his friendly smile and great personality!

The mattress was quite saggy. Otherwise, everything is ok.

This hotel had a considerable big room (compared to the others I was in europe — hotels that cost around $100-$140). The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Even with the sun still out our room was dark enough that we could sleep. Also the room was quiet. Breakfast was really good!

Very enjoyable stay. The only thing I could give a bad about was that I had a cane and when I ordered the bar food no one offered to help me carry the tray to my room. I am capable of doing this task and made it to the room with little issue but if another guest who was not so well balanced would have either dropped their tray or needed to stay in the dining area. Not a big deal, it just would have been good hospitality to have someone offer to assist.

Moderenes Hotel with clean rooms and good Breakfast. Quiet location in a Park to Stroll around. Next to the Hotel in the Crowne Plaza, you can go out for dinner. Thanks to a bus coming to Irish conditions quickly in the city. There is a Shuttle Bus to the airport which is free of charge.

Close to the airport, a bus from the hotel provides liaison. Very good reception, hearty breakfast and central Dublin is easily accessible by bus.

Photos look better than it is. Very old! Breakfast is nothing Great. Room noisy, even the toilet, you can hear everything. Parking! Aircraft noise at night. Much to expensive!

Holiday Inn, short 5-10 min free shuttle service to and from the airport. Hotel as the name says is an Holiday INN express, so don't expect too much. However Rooms are clean and well serviced, Staff knowledgeable about the local area and friendly. Service overall very good.

OK for one night — we had breakfast included but had to leave at 4 am so we got 1 free drink at the restaurant of the CrownPlaza next door. Rooms are very small and a little worn … but OK — we stayed with IHG Points — not worth 130 Euro nor 25000 Points.

The rooms are good. But a lot of noise from the neighbors.

Stay away from this hotel… This is one of the worse hotel's that I have ever stayed in… The staff allow guest to make as much noise as possible when they enter the hotel… I witnessed 75 to 80 drunk guest entering the hotel at around 6in the morning and the amount of noise being made was unbelievable. And not one member of hotel staff asked them to be quiet. … But the most concerning incident about this hotel is the allow drunk people to enter the hotel without checking to see if they're guest and come on to other guest… SO IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A GOOD HOTEL THAT YOU CAN GET A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP AND FEEL SAFE IN ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A WOMAN DO NOT CHOOSE THIS ONE. You have been warned.

Absolutely perfect. Spotlessly clean and very accommodating staff. Had a layover in Dublin and got a room last minute. Highly recommend this hotel. Best price in the area and includes breakfast, Wi-Fi and airport shuttle.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Great breakfast, lovely rooms, friendly staff. And an ice machine down the hall from our room! (I'm American, I like my beverages cold). Also, the airport shuttle was really convenient. I'd definitely stay here again!
