The secluded townland of Creevagh is in the small fishing village of Lacken. It overlooks Killala and Lacken Bay. Lacken is situated on the Killala to Ballycastle Coast Road. The Creevagh Heights B&B is just 26 km from the bustling town of Ballina. The magnificent Downpatrick Head is just 15 minutes’ drive away.
In the mornings, the Creevagh Heights serves full Irish breakfast. Evening meals from a set menu are also available with prior arrangement. Special dietary requirements can be catered for upon request. There is also a private lounge with an open turf fire, TV, DVD player and tea/coffee making facilities.

We spent two days at the Creevagh height. It was a dream. We had a beautiful room with a spectacular view up to the sea. Carol and Harry were great hosts. They gave us a warm welcome. Also we had a great guest lounge with a fireplace. Everything here is made with a great love to the detail. The breakfast was great and had a lot of variety. Even they offered bread, that they made by their own. The second evening we get a dinner. I felt like in a very good restaurant. Very tasty food, music and candlelight. It was so romantic. 5.
They gave us many ideas of what to do in this area.
It was quiet and we loved the nature that surrounds this beautiful B &B.

• Leave Ballina on the N59 and at the first roundabout, take the first exit onto R314
• Travel on the R314 to the small town of Killala
• Drive through Killala staying on the main road in direction of Ballycastle
• After 4.8 km cross over the narrow Palmerstown Bridge and keep immediate left
• After 1.2 km take a right turn in the direction Rathlacken / Lacken Church
• Travel for 4.4 km until you reach Maughans Bar
• Keep left of Maughans Bar and travel 4.1 km to Creevagh Social Centre – our house Creevagh Heights is facing the Social Centre

• Keep straight for about 3 km passing Downpatrick Head on your left

Lovely place, rooms with stunning views, impeccable service, Carol and Harry exquisite hosts and available for every need! Only caveat: to dine here (there's not much in the area and they all close early) remember to book at least the day before!
