Elegant, cozy, beautiful grounds. The hosts are absolutely lovely and very helpful, especially with ideas for sightseeing. Delicious breakfasts. Great central location for day trips. Highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed.

The hosts were excellent and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The Accommodation was warm cozy and spotlessly clean. The only thing about the location is that unless you have a keen eye you could easily end up driving past it because of its rural location. But it's close proximity to knock shrine is a bonus and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Very warm and friendly welcome by the host, Pat Conway. Immaculate house and bedrooms. Beautifully appointed dining room, large, spacious and airy. Good choice of food for breakfast. Lovely jar of fruit, yoghurt and muesli starter for breakfast. Several varieties of cereal on each table, each housed in a small attractive kilner jar, which would help ensure that the cereals would stay crisp and fresh for longer than they would if they were sitting in a large, commercial sized container on the sideboard. Choice of full fry for breakfast or omelette and salmon type food. Lovely fresh homemade breads. Basically one had a good variety of nice quality food for breakfast. Kettle, tea, coffee and a few bars in the bedroom for the comfort of guests hungry between meals. Plenty of nice quality towels in our ensuite, and shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Good lighting in the ensuite for application of make-up. Crisp, white bed linen. Very comfortable mattress and plump pillows, all of which felt new, supportive and not lumpy. Attractive gardens with flowering shrubs outside. Evidence of home grown vegetables and herbs and a nice flock of hens to provide fresh eggs for the table and the baking. Overall, this B&B is obviously paying a lot of attention to detail and it deserves it's very high star rating. Well done Conway's B&B.

Lovely one-night stay to stop at the Shrine of Our Lady of Knock. Pat and Carmel are excellent hosts. The breakfast was delicious and the room clean and comfortable.

We stayed here for one night before we had to leave for the airport. Carmel is lovely she was very accommodating as we had to leave early in the morning to catch a flight. She cooked us an early breakfast and it was the best one we had on our break. Homemade overnight oats were delicious and best I have ever tasted. Everything was perfect, lovely room and en-suite. We would definitely stay here again and recommend.

This B B is a pure gem, family owned, Pat and Carmel could not be kinder spotless, cosy, rooms ensuite, ground floor, quiet by night and the very best of home products in you choice of breakfast, one felt safe and looked after there. Great value for money. Thank you Pat and Carmel.

Wonderful hosts, great breakfast. Very helpful particularly when after a long flight I got lost. Thank you to Patrick who drove out to find me. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience real irish hospitality.

Lovely home feeling and that personal touch. Only problem I had was the other people staying there made a lot of noise. But u cant help it because it's a normal home. Breakfast was outstanding. Big problem us going all the way into town to get food.

Bright, spacious and comfortable room, spotlessly clean. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast — no reheated rashers!. So much better than what was on offer from local hotels — including better value. Lovely hosts.

My family had an amazing experience at Conways B&B property. Both Carmel and Pat were just fabulous in welcoming and letting us know the local must visit places. We had gone to Knock shrine and decided to stay over night before heading back home. Managed to explore the town pretty well. Morning breakfast was just superb and we all loved it!

My wife and I spent 2 weeks touring Western Ireland, and devoted the last 4 days to a family history search in County Mayo. We opted to stay at the Conways B&B next to Claremorris in order to visit the Irish Heritage Center and also visit cemeteries and search for relatives in the area. I called Carmel to book our stay, and during that process I explained our plans. Upon arrival we were greeted by Pat at which time (to our complete surprise and pleasure) he presented us with a summary of his research regarding our family, including the name and contact info for our newly discovered cousin! Within an hour we were at our cousin’s home and thereafter, instead of bouncing around the area knocking on doors we spent the next couple of days getting to know him while drinking Guinness and touring the old homestead. What a gift. And regarding the Conways B&B accommodations, the charming proprietors opened up their lovely and comfortable farmhouse and could not have been more gracious hosts. And the icing on the cake is a hearty and outstanding breakfast. We look forward to staying there again. Slainte to Carmel and Pat!

We cannot tell you how much we appreciated and enjoyed our stay in this most warm and special B&B. Carmel and Pat are the most professional and welcoming hosts anyone could ask for. Nothing is too much for them and the little things they do for you count for so much. Beautiful people. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and most importantly very private. The gardens are absolutely outstanding. The breakfast offer is absolutely superb. A lovely breakfast menu. The service is out of this world. A truly wonderful experience in this most wonderful B&B. We cannot recommend this B&B more highly and we will most certainly be back. Thank you Carmel and Pat for looking after us. Much appreciated.

We really enjoyed staying at Conways B&B. A beautiful place central to all the lovely places you’d want to visit in Mayo.
We were well looked after by Pat and Carmel, their breakfast was amazing, starting with fresh fruit, followed by a cooked Irish breakfast. Homemade breads and jams, smoked salmon and pancakes were also on offer.
The rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds vey comfortable.
We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.
