Beautiful hotel lovely staff defintly will return.

I visited this hotel Friday night and was questioned harshly by a member of staff “was I a resident”. When I said I was not — he said “we are closing in 10 minutes “ but his tone was not welcoming and there was no atmosphere in the premises — bad energy there.

Lovely hotel and staff are so nice and helpful, everything was perfect, only thing was there was no entrainment or even back round music in the bar that would be good.

Dinner was fabulous and the staff so friendly.

Really enjoying our stay, staff are very friendly and very helpful.

I would definitely stay here again the Wi-Fi worked really well the pricing for three nights was very fair the food was delicious and stuff for polite and courteous I enjoyed the swimming pool hot tub and sauna it was a bit far out of town but we knew that when we were booking it I found it hard to get room service I rang several times with no response and had to go down to reception to request water extra milk ETEC room service was okay when we were shown to our rooms the rooms are very clean equipped with toiletries and towels as well as refreshments on the beds were made perfectly however our beds weren’t made every morning and you had to directly request towels milk and coffee if desired they weren’t automatically changed or replaced The TV worked perfectly the rooms are well layered and were very spacious which was nice the spa and swimming area was very clean the communication between receptionist and a masseuse and swim stuff was very poor we booked in our swimming times on the phone but when we went the next day we were told they weren’t booked in which wasn’t true we asked would it be okay if I was late for my massage treatment and we were told that was okay so we continued with our meal when I went in for my treatment I was told I was only going to get half the time because I was late which is not the impression we got when we spoke to the receptionist the masseuse was very tired and did a great job on me during my deep tissue massage but I just feel the

Landed on sat to be told a different price showed no interest in sorting so we went elsewhere got a better deal and more helpful staff.

We are just home from 3 nights in the hotel, as a family of 5. Staff were so nice, so accommodating and really interacted with the kids which was lovely. The food was delicious and the staff in restaurant made sure everyone was happy. Hotel is in a great location, easy drive to Salthill and Barna beaches. Will definitely return.

The hotel is amazing and the staffs are so helpful… definitely one of the best hotels I stayed in.

I stayed here with my husband and daughter. The rooms are lovely. We ate in the bar the food was lovely.

It’s a beautiful hotel good food good service lovley pleasant staff it’s just every thing about it is good great swimming pool decusey hot bath tub out side that I love 10 out of 10 I give.

I recently stayed here as I was taking part in a tennis tournament the next day in the Galway tennis club. The staff truly went above and beyond to insure I had a comfortable stay. All of the staff knew how to propperly guide a person with a visual impairment, and offered to collect me from my room should I have needed guided down to the reception area. The menus were read out to me and the staff described where my drink was in relation to my meal, for example. I would thoroughly recommend staying here and I will deffinetly be back if I am ever in Galway again.

Great hotel, very family orientated. Probably the best hotel we’ve stayed in this year when it comes to ‘child friendly’ amenities. Great bar and restaurant, food was very good and affordable. Absolutely loved the outside hot tub and children’s play area.

The front desk staff were a bit snobby, but the hotel itself is beautiful. Kaely in O’Gorman’s is wonderful.

We checked into the Clybaun Hotel as a Celebrating a recent family wedding… The Hotel staff are delightful. All genuinely friendly and happy to help especially Mr. Dermot. Absolutely lovely stay at the Clybaun, staff are so nice and personable and professional the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Ireland with a child of 4 years! Very child friendly, swimming pool was fabulous for us and steam room sauna and outdoor hot tub, rooms spacious and immaculate as was the whole hotel! Fantastic value! Seafood chowder gorgeous we met friends for lunch the staff made our trip though so friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend and we will be back xx.

We had our daughter's christening here at the weekend and I would highly recommend. We had a bbq out side. The staff had everything arranged beautiful and nothing was too much hassle. The bbq was amazing and there was plenty of food for everyone. Nothing was spared on their behalf. I will definatly have another function here as ot exceeded our expectations. Thank you to all the lovely staff here for making it such a special day.

Stayed in The Clybaun hotel for the first time last week & I was so impressed, from the ever so friendly receptionist Aine to the brilliant bar & food staff, Sonny & Nick, they were all so friendly & extremely helpful, Hotel is lovely & spacious, so comfortable & child friendly, rooms extremely comfortable & so clean, food was excellent & breakfast till 11!, so fantastic & so nice to deal with for breakfast, great choice & fab food, definitely a fantastic experience, I’ll be back.

This place is an absolute gem. From the staff (thank you for all of your assistance Asling! ) to the food, to the rooms, top to bottom a 1st rate establishment. Given the choice to stay between one of the high end Clayton hotels in Dublin (which I have) and this place, I will choose the Clybaun every single day, and twice on Sundays!

The clybaun hotel was the hotel we chose to have our wedding reception there at the end of August 2017.
Wow and thank you to the clybaun hotel I had the most wonderful day from start to finish. The suite was just beautifully laid out, the food was absolutely amazing, all my wedding party commented on how hot the food was and how delicious it was.
Bearing in mind I had around 240 sit down, Thank you so much to Antony the chef and his team you exceeded all expectations. Thank you to Dermot and Sarah who were so professional the whole way through and nothing was ever to much to ask. Taking into consideration that we live in England I just felt so at ease with everything. The staff were fantastic, again I had guests commenting on how friendly they were and how they went the extra mile. I had guests from England, Canada, New York, and all parts of Ireland and they said that I had chosen a fantastic hotel everything was just perfect. Thank you Dermot and thank you to everyone at the clybaun hotel. I would highly recommend anyone to you who is searching for a venue in Galway. Lisa and Jamie Rafferty.
