I truly cannot say enough incredible things about our stays at the Ashbrook Arms.

Stayed here last night, we were attending a wedding in castle Durrow and we were really delighted with the hotel. They were able to do an early check in for us and we could change for the wedding etc.

Littlefield B and B was spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds. We had a lovely breakfast and Jamie was an excellent host. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful B&B in a lovely part of the country. Impeccably clean, really warm and cosy, and really comfortable beds. Jamie even kindly dropped me in to Durrow for a wedding in the afternoon, very kind.

Stayed here to attend a wedding reception. The rooms were well presented but a little hot with no functional thermostat.

This is a lovely place run by lovely staff. There is a real homely Irish family run feel about the Manor in that they value the comfort and happiness of their customers.

Preston House is without a doubt one of the absolute gems of Abbeyleix. Owner Ross, is always on hand to welcome guests and provide excellent recommendations (yup, the nearby Bog Walk is sublime!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Preston house. A step back in time in this beautifully renovated and restored building.

My daughter and I recently stayed at Avalon House Hotel and from the moment we walked through the door we felt so welcomed by Miriana. The Hotel is such a lovely place to stay.

Absolutely brilliant. The perfect place to unwind. We stayed for a couple of nights and loved every minute of our stay.

Very spacious and clean room. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful owners. Nice seating areas upstairs.

Oliver the host was a gentleman, very helpful and accommodating as we were leaving very early in the morning, he had all the contental breakfast ready for us. Plenty of everything and fresh.

We stayed in Kilkenny for just one night and were looking for something a bit different – this place was perfect.

Was just a one night stay after leaving Dingle on way to Dublin Airport. Ended up having a WONDERFUL time. Great location.

Location great if you need to be near the hospital. Bus station is a couple of minutes away and it take ab 5min to get to the center of the town. Staff has been fantastic, very kind and helpful.

I stayed here with my family and it was simply amazing. Breda is so welcoming and helped us with all our requests. The room was comfortable, nice and clean. I highly recommend it!

Had a beautiful stay with my partner this weekend. We were let down by another booking and were in quick need of somewhere to stay.

Popped in for lunch here recently, a fine bar with carvery and plenty of space inside to sit. Premises is clean and staff are attentive and friendly.

Great location, easy to get to, very family friendly and organisation was brilliant. The access to the Dino park included in the price of the stay was great and the kids had an amazing time!

We chose the Newpark to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary last month and couldn’t have picked a better place. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable.

This is a w place to eat or have a drink the staff are super super friendly and very helpful and the food is beautiful and ample you won't leave here hungry.

The service and staff at this place are fantastic. I had a lovely warm welcome after travelling for 12 hours. Room was lovely and clean, bed was very comfortable, and nothing was any trouble.

Stayed 2 nights in this dormer bungalow with family for my birthday. Just outside Kilkenny center so a car is a good idea.

Lovely house, very close to the city centre as well. Just need to fix the fridge door hitting the kitchen door.

Had an amazing time at the B&B Jack was very helpful and friendly I couldn’t fault anything at all. Would highly recommend. Very safe aswell.

We just arrived home having spent 2 nights here with my family. Jack was an amazing host! He is so friendly and helpful. The house is amazing, the kitchen was unreal.

We had a fantastic meal at the hotel restaurant. The food was absolutely 100%—fresh, delicious, and cooked perfectly. Every dish was full of flavour and exceeded our expectations.

This was our third time staying at the Maldron Hotel Portlaoise, and once again we had a great experience. The rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable and well maintained.

Great stay! Overall the room was clean, quiet, good amenities and good location. The breakfast was fantastic and the chef Eileen was lovely.

Room was good, only good. Bed was great. Bathroom also good. Coffee machine enjoyed that. But for the lights over sized for where they where.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights on the 4th and 5th of January and could not have had a better experience.

All details about the checkin process was handled via email with codes for the front door and another for our assigned room.

Stayed here for one night, in the ground floor family room. Can’t fault it at all. I wasn’t expecting it to be a one bed apartment. The decor is beautiful and it’s all very clean.

Absolutely amazing. Beds are like giant clouds and it's easy to get to. Just what we need for the night.

It's a good place to stay if you want a cheaper room in central Kilkenny. Right across the street of the City Council and Smithwick's Experience.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Had a fabulous stay here. Quiet rooms, good bed, great shower, ample breakfast. A few minutes walk to downtown.

The hotel itself was fine and well located. But the real asset of this place is its fabulous staff. Pleasant, smiling, cheerful, …and helpful.
The gem is it’s breakfast room.

The family room we booked was a big and nice one. Clean sheets and towels, OK bathroom and hot water. Nothing dirty, we felt very safe and had a good sleep.

We loved our stay here, even if it was only for a night. It was our first real night of our trip, and it was a perfect introduction.

Had a fabulous 2 night stay, room was spacious and clean, staff are super friendly, the local is ideal, everything you could need and want all a stones throw away.

The Bridgeview B&B is a central-located, but quiet place to stay for a night. The buildung and the rooms would need a bit of refurbishment but therefore it has got something traditional and original.

Nice location and reasonably priced! Bridge View B&B is located on the River Nore, a quick 2-minute walk across the bridge to downtown activity.
