Absolutely perfect! Without a doubt, this is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff are truly exceptional—professional, respectful, incredibly kind, and always welcoming with genuine smiles. Their hospitality is beyond five stars and they go above and beyond to make every guest feel special.
The hotel is spotless, luxurious, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Every detail reflects excellence and high standards. I felt comfortable, safe, and genuinely cared for throughout my stay.

This hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating.
The room I was given was extremely small and had no window at all. Even worse, the bed was positioned in such a way that it blocked the wardrobe, making it impossible to open properly. After I had already booked the room and paid, I was assigned this unacceptable room.
When I returned to the reception desk to complain, the receptionist told me that I should have inspected the room before making the payment. He then informed me that if I wanted a larger room with a window and a wardrobe that could actually be used, I would have to pay additional money.
This is not how guests should be treated. A hotel should be transparent about room conditions before taking payment, not charge extra for what should be basic standards of comfort. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Location of hotel Is in the heart of Erbil and honestly liked that and they have underground parking garage not spacious but it is manageable.
They make a decent open buffet breakfast from 7 till 10 AM on the 5th floor.
I reserved family room which has 1 double bed and 1 single bed.
Room is clean and room service and the cooperation of the team were in place room need very small amount of maintenance and change.
Maintenance is replacing the very few wooden broken places or just repaint them.
Lighting need to be stronger.
The biggest compalin is the elevator, it took me 5 whole minutes just to reach the basement as it is extremely slow and when many people want to use it you end up waiting for too long or ascend and decend too many times before reaching the floor you want to reach.
To have only such complains shows that this is a good hotel.
Price is reasonable too.
