I recently stayed 5 nights at this hotel with my family in a family room, and our experience was very positive.
The staff were outstanding, especially Mohammed at the reception, who was always helpful and attentive. They went above and beyond to provide what we needed, even outside the usual room service hours, which was highly appreciated.
The breakfast was simple but good, offering just enough to start the day right. The gentleman managing the parking area was also a standout—always helpful and smiling every day, which made us feel very welcome.
The room itself, including the bathroom, was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The location was excellent, right in the center, which made it very convenient to access key attractions and amenities. Additionally, the stay was great value for money, offering quality service and facilities at a reasonable price.
The only downside was the entrance from the parking area to the elevator, which could use some organization and better cleaning.
Overall, this hotel offers a great experience for families, with exceptional staff, a central location, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it and stay again in the future!
Good hotel with great location. 5 min walk to get to Castle and centeral Bazar. Breakfast was good but can be improved. Helpy staff.

A good hotel close to lots of eating places. It has an underground car park so my bike is very safe.
