Charge me 50$ deposit and what they said its just in case you order drinks they will detect it from the deposit, get to the room and was alot of snacks and as know every respectful hotel they provide snacks as a gift for their customers however, when checking out they charge me for these snacks and they detect it from the deposit, which I shouldnt pay as no one mentioned that for me, I felt I get scammed by missing details from these guys, they deserve that 1 star for that experience, I never get treated like that at all and I wont recommend this hotel for no one bcz of this awful service.

I recently stayed at Masaya Hotel for a 2-day business trip, and I was highly impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional—the staff was professional, courteous, and always ready to assist with any requests. Special thanks to Ms. Laila & Mr. Valery.
The check-in process was smooth and efficient, allowing me to settle in quickly. My room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, providing a great space to relax after a busy day. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, which was essential for my work.
The hotel’s amenities and services exceeded my expectations, making my stay stress-free. The location was also convenient, allowing easy access to key business areas and transportation.
Overall, I highly recommend Masaya Hotel. The excellent service, comfort, and professionalism make it a top choice. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Room smelled horribly of smoke and even after I checked out my clothes still smell of smoke. It's a weird area with the restaurant B2B next door being one of the worst B2B's Ive visited (and I love B2B! ). Layla the receptionist was very kind, efficient, and professional — this is the hotel's only highlight. The gym is open to the public and the entrance via the hotel somehow takes you through the men's locker-room. I would not visit this hotel again. This hotel is def not 5 stars. 3 stars on a good day.
