I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rixos Duhok. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. The staff were very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The food was fresh and delicious with a good variety, and the service was fast and attentive. The hotel’s location is convenient and feels safe, making it easy to get around the city.

Very good service, my room had a very good view, the food was so good and the rooms was very clean thats the most important thing about me.
We were there for tow days workshop with UNAMI and the hall was very good as a system. Also respectful staff.

The hotel was disappointing. Rooms were small, making it feel cramped. The breakfast buffet was minimal, offering very few options. Worst of all, the bathroom was a nightmare, cold and uninviting—more like a solitary prison cell than a place to freshen up. Not a stay I’d recommend.

This hotel has very nice view, pool, restaurant, food, service, turkish bath and have to everyone to go and see this wonderful happiness in duhok and thanks crixus staff.

It was great hotel and I really enjoyed it and I was satisfied with the service and the rom was great and the food was very delicious and the swimming pool was amazing.

Very beautiful building located in main high road, extremely clean all over, Staff are amazing friendly. We stayed one night and enjoyed the rooms with AC, live music, shisha bar and free breakfast then swimming pool. II will recommend to everyone and definitely I go back again.

Honestly, it is a wonderful hotel. I booked a room there. The view was very beautiful. It is close to all the tourist places and the market. The service there was very wonderful. Honestly, I give it five stars. The restaurant and cafeteria there.

The best hotel in Duhok. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning works well and the rooms are stocked with amenities. The staff speak English well and are very welcoming. The breakfast selection is also top notch. Expensive hotel that provides true luxury.

Overrated, Unworthy for the service provided, Not clean, The bed sheets were so dirty as they never changed them. The breakfast was good.

I went to the restaurant/ cafe…
The food was mid tbh and I’m not here to say something about it. I’m here to say they scammed us… the total was about 52.80$ total! till me why would they take 80.500 IQD? No reason ….
And I had to ask the waiter too move tables cuz the ac was not working right … and my phone shut down in the hallway near the elevator cuz of the heat!

I committed fraud in this hotel, where the reception staff defrauded me. At first, I asked him about the price of the room and he told me 195 dollars, and after that he said 165 dollars. I agreed to this price, but the surprise happened on the second day when I asked for the bill, as the price was 105 dollars, and when I asked the employee about Price denied this and said, “I don’t know anything. ” I asked to speak to the general manager, but he refused. I promise that I will deliver this message to the hotel owner.

This is suppose to be 5 star hotel while in really its below standard ones, security check is awful every time you enter the hotel you need to go through security point, then the elevator is not working unless you have the room smart key card. The bathroom was smelly. First night the cooling system was temporarily working which unbelievable specially the hotel is located in a hot region. Another thing is they put refreshments and snack in ref and you assumed they are free while they will charge for everything you have consumed when you do check out! Haven’t used other facilities to make a proper judgment.
