For muslims who want undertake ziyarat (pilgrimage) of Imam Ali (as) shrine then this is a great hotel. It is situated under 10 mins walk, which can be fine going through the Grand Bazaar avoiding summer temperatures of 45+! Plenty of shops near by. Rooms very clean, spacious with en-suite. Large lobby area with a cafe. Friendly professional staff. Has seven floors with the top floor hosting a buffet type restaurant which has lots of variety and tasty food. Views of Najaf excellent especially of the shrine complex of Imam Ali (as).
Only reason to not give it 5 stars is it is a professional establishment whereas other cheaper less glamorous hotels have a more welcoming feeling for pilgrims.
The hotel is new, clean and nice one but the receptionists needs to learn how to treat customersvery well.
