Pelayanan karyawan bagus, khusus untuk Bu Clara tidak profesional. Info ke saya hari sabtu jika ambil ekstend tanpa sarapan dapat disc. Saya dari minggu sudah tidak sarapan, tetapi di hitung 1 hari beda lebih mahal. Benar2 tidak profesional. Mengecewakan dan tidak rekomendasi lagi untuk menginap disini. Dari PT. Heriwel yang sudah sering menginap, terima kasih sudah sangat mengecewakan kami.
Not the best, but was ok. The room was pretty descent but not too big to occupied by 2 persons in twin bed. The aircon was ok. No cupboard, only wall with some hangers. The working desk inside the room rather be awkward, and make the room feels tinier. The bathroom is something more awkward. It's in the back side of the entrance with a sliding door that seems like a room decoration! I even asked the staff where was the bathroom The breakfast was so so, nothing special. The place is close to the city and several eating place. But since there was only several options for a decent place to stay around Musi Rawas Regency, so the price of this hotel aren't cheap. One thing more that I dislikes was the smell of cigarettes is everywhere. Even inside the room of a non-smoking room. The hotel seems couldn't forbid the guests smoking habits.

Lokasi strategis. Terletak di pinggir jalan utama Yos Sudarso. Dekat dengan Indomaret. Pelayanan yang ramah. Bersih dan nyaman. Cuma ada sedikit retakan di kamar. WC not bad. Overall bagus. Makanannya cukup beranekaragam. Omelette, pempek, jajanan pasar, bubur, nasi dan lauk. Rasanya lumayan.
