Guest opinions are divided. Some describe the front desk and security staff as polite, friendly, and efficient, noting a quick check-in process. However, another guest reported that no one was at the reception upon arrival, and a single employee was handling both front desk and room service duties, which negatively affected room cleanliness.

According to reviews, no deposit is required when checking into this hotel.

Breakfast is not provided at the hotel. In-room tea, coffee, and drinking water are not available. An electric kettle can only be provided upon request and subject to availability, which has caused dissatisfaction among guests, particularly those traveling with children who required hot water for formula.

Guests rate the Wi-Fi performance very highly, describing the connection as excellent.

Soundproofing at the hotel is insufficient. Guests complain about poor noise insulation as well as noisy air conditioning units in some rooms, which may disturb light sleepers.

The condition of the rooms receives mixed feedback. Some guests find them cozy, clean, and spacious, with a balcony available. Others complain about dirty walls, stained sheets, hair on the beds, and a broken bathroom door lock. It is also mentioned that a yellowish tint is noticeable on the white pillowcases in daylight.

Cleanliness at the hotel receives mixed reviews. While some guests find the rooms and bathrooms clean, others report dirt in the bathroom, hair on the bed linen, and stains on the fabrics. However, the corridors and reception area are described as clean.

The air conditioners in some rooms operate too loudly. Additionally, an issue with cigarette smoke odor has been noted on the ground floor, which penetrates even into the second-floor rooms despite the established non-smoking policy.

The set of provided toiletries is extremely limited. The bathroom includes soap, but toothbrushes, toothpaste, and toilet paper are missing. Slippers are also not provided in the rooms.

There is no elevator in the building. Since the hotel has three floors, guests suggest that management install an elevator for convenience when moving luggage.
