Good location. Area for improvement:
Very very slow service at the egg station for breakfast. The staff looks like she really not happy to be stationed there and shows her irritation when we follow up on our order. Quality of omelette and the sunny side eggs seriously need improvement. Karaoke too loud. Can be heard loudly even at level 3. Could not get peaceful and quiet sleep after a long tiring day…

Good n nice resort for a quick getaway.

Located at the heart of Bukittingi, just few minutes away from Jam Gadang and Sianok Valley. Rooms and facilities, however, are bit too old and need to be refurbished.

Great hotel. Location right in the center of Bukittinggi. Very close to Jam Gadang and Pasar Ateh Bukittinggi. Hotel room is comfort and fascilities are good like the Restaurant, Anai Bar, the Pool. The hotel provide a very great view to Marapi mountain.

Clean room, room size is small enough, Service ok, strategic place, slow Response when asked a towel. The hotel located near Jam Gadang, Gua Jepang, and Benteng Fort De Kock.

The rooms are clean and the staff is really friendly. The restaurant is good as well. Can recommend!

Great Hotel. However, the Prices for the Drinks are not only exorbitant for local Conditions. €10 for a Beer or €20 for a Cocktail with barely perceptible alcoholic Ingredients is not acceptable. The Rooms are very well furnished and cozy. However, Cuts to European Standards are in the case of sanitation.

Staffs are helpful, hotel is maintained well and located in the very strategic place. But the pillow smelled like rotten saliva, eeewww.

Have big meeting room called balai sidang bung Hatta. Good taste for lunch.

It does not have the same standard of Novotel, the bed lamp is only one piece on the right side, which usually on both side, no stand for luggage, the towels only for bath, no small towels, when check in, until we ask for it then delivered. The room 231, which is supposed to be an upgraded room, is prettY noisy, as we are facing the side road cafe, which music is so noisy till late at night. This is a non recomended experience, for all the time we have been staying at various accord hotels. No comment yet for b. Fast, as we just chek in this afternoon.

Swimming pool moldy and slipper… too expensive compare to the service and facilities.

Certainly upholds the Accor standard for Novotel. Love the bed, the mattress was extremely comfortable.

Good breakfast buffet. Good pool. Fitness Gym machines not working. Good locaction one block from clock tower.

It is a nice place for business trip. And you have to aware that the price of deluve rooms with views is offered a bit higher than the normal deluxe. I was not aware of that since we have entered the room and the view was city life, not the mountain views. But since overall facilities, staffs are good, it's ok then.

Spacious room. Comfortable bed and close to all attraction especially Jam Gadang.

One of the best hotel in town. Suka banget sama hotelnya, fasilitas termasuk kamarnya, viewnya, keramahan petugas hotelnya dan lokasinya yang sangat strategis di tengah kota dan dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan pasar atas yang sudah terkenal ke seantero jagat. Recommended sekali jika liburan dan berkunjung ke Bukittinggi, dan nyaman jika bawa keluarga dan anak…

For a rating of 4****hotel and 5*****charges,, much to be desired,,, vv disappointed with room facilities… no air condition,,, no hand towels. No face towels,,, bath towels vv dirty with blood stain and got to call house keeping for change upon checking in… hope management staff take serious consideration in upgrading its hotel of 4**** rating like a genuine 4**** hotel worldwide.

The location was good. Good enough services but some waitreses were a bit unfriendly. This can be so much in guest opinion about the hotel alone. The hotel room's cleanest was poor. Need more attention at cleaning service departement.
