Good Food, Good View and Comfortable.

Bell boy service in the morning during checkout was nonexistent. Had to collect the 3 rooms/guests that I had traveling with me. Unacceptable! Then they wanted to charge us for overnight car (1) parking (4 guests in 3 rooms) when departing the hotel. Aston should pay the (1 car) guest parking when staying at their hotel (using 3 rooms) overnight. Breakfast was quite basic for foreigners staying here.
AirCon in our room (s) was good.
Hot water and good water pressure in the showers.
Comfortable bed and pillows adequate.
Hot water maker for tea did its job. All said, no manager to be found when time to complain before checking out. Novotel nearby would be my next choice when traveling thru Bandar Lampung, Sumatra.

Spacious parking lots, friendly concierge and receptionists nice breakfast. The unacceptsble thing is the room cleanliness, the floor is tidy.

Nice hotel, with view of the sea. Good variety of food for breakfast. Small swimming pool, more suitable for children. Very friendly and fast response staff of the hotel. The only minus thing is that there isn't hair dryer although there is a hanger for that. Maybe you have to ask first to the room service. Anyway, we eventually don't really need that, and we let our hair dried by nature Oh, another minus point is, that the refrigerator isn't really cold. Yet, it doesn't really bother us. Wait, there is another minus point anyway… Somehow, we think that the shower and shampoo gel don't really smell good… Maybe because the old gel mixed with the new gel? So, there are some minus points, yet I like staying here… Almost perfect… Good quality with good price.

Nice hotel with mountain and sea side view, near to Bandar Lampung central city, near to shopping mall. Has a Wi-Fi, parking space, has a public transportation access, overall nice.

The location of the hotel was good, the room size standard, breakfast options also standard, but the the food taste good. But, they need to do refreshment, the bathroom smells not good, the bed sheet and towel was too old, the color even almost like grey. And the acoustic in the room was bad, it was too noisy.

Not good but not bad. Food is well. But, the services are weird. First day the haven't put the towel inside the room while it's already 5pm. The water rarely change if you don't drink it. They didn't add more if they see you also have your own drinking water. Sometimes they left the sticks for steering the drink in the toilet. The good thing is, the food. The food is nice and affordable. The price of food if you order based on the price inside your bedroom, there are promotion packages, the food started from around 25K. Best one is their fruit salad. The price and taste are so good. Remember, please ask them to give you the view to the parking lot if you are alone. I am not really enjoying my sleep if the room is facing another area. I have tried to stay in two different rooms. This hotel is very close to novotel and not really far from the airport. Beside, the traffic in Lampung is not bad.

Cleanliness and service also food qualitiez are really 3stars class hotel. Staffs delivered good hospitality.

Guest needed to pay for parking, eventhough we only paid once for the rest of our stay. Swimming pool looked not well maintained could have had clearer water. Bathroom room towel felt a bit worn. Staffs were great and helpful.

Hotel's facility is not bad. Swiming pool is so small. If you bring car, you have still to pay the parking fee, not free. Food is nice.

Hotel and facilities is just standard. Sea view is beautiful from my room. That is the only plus point. The funny thing is why hotel doent hv gunting? I was badly need gunting tapi dijawab 'we only hv cutter'. Aneh.

Nice hitel with great view. Our room had sea view and it was nice, waking up tp it everyday. The breakfast are okay. Will definitely come back whenever we visit Lampung.

This hotels have a good room but bad at key services. You cannot duplicate your room key for your roommate and the elevator needs the key to run. So you always ask for bellboy services when you want to use the lift.

Good location if we have business with bukit asam coal. Min and other nearest industry. Little bit far from mall. Good and clean environment. Aston food standard, but they have to re check the food quality more better.

My review: 1) this hotel extremely weird the window has been installed with quiet big gap, so I can hear the noise from outside every night! 2) the room smelled awful and dirty 3) the bed linen wasn’t changed 4) at first we checked in, we got wrong room that has another guest insight. 5) the air conditioner quiet hot.

Came at at the hotel and couldn't check in because the room wasn't ready. Not even apology from the front office when we could enter the room after waiting for 3 hours. Bathroom cleanliness was ok. Towel a bit old because it not quite white in color. Bedsheet also seemed weird. They fix the bed sheet only at half the matress. Didn't complain about the weird sheet because we already too tired in the night.

One of the worst Aston hotel in indonesia, the one in Kupang NTT is way much better.

Last April. Stayed 2 nights 2 rooms with conecting door. Everything were good.

Stayed for 2 nights for family vacation. My daughter adore the mario decoration, the breakfast is good with various meals, keep up the good work guys.

This is my gateway living hotel in bander lampung (Indonesia), great place, great price, great food.

Rooms were clean and neat, with good view outside. The parking area was so large.

Good servis, friendly staff, helpfull staff, good room. Over all is very good… tquuu Aston lampung City. Lv this hotel so much.

Stay 4nites on Jan 1-4, 2017. Clean hotel, since it just open 1 year ago. Very manner staffs. Breakfast is ok. Location not in city centre, though.
