Nice clean and huge rooms. The TV signal is really bad, if you put a nice big TV in the room, make sure all channels are crystal clear. Front desk is slow en inefficient. The beds are comfy. Location hotels is fantastic. Pool is nice and big, too bad it’s only 1.40 deep. There are only three elevators which make a ride quite time consuming… The staff is really friendly and helpful. Especially the breakfast crew, they work hard and with a big smile! Thumbs up you guys. THE BREAKFAST IS AMAZING! Ask for a fresh cappuccino because the regular coffee in the big jar isn’t that tasty. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Love this hotel because of the view are near with the beach. The room is very clean and big. Very hospitality. The breakfast are good. I will book this hotel again if I go to makassar.

The room rate is friendly, the hospitality is very good. You can choose the view you'd like to have from your room with different rate. They also have special floor for smoking guests. The only thing to consider your stay at this hotel is when you travel with a group using 20 passanger bus or more, the bus cannot enter the main lobby for the limited space to do the U turn and the celling is low and the road is to stiff to climb. The parking space also cannot be entered by a bus… mini bus for 10 person or less might be a better option. Based on my last stay in this hotel. I stayed on a weekend at the 18th floor and its sooo freakin' noisy up till 12AM or even more for the music from the 20th floor. So for weekend better ask for a much lower floor. I also got troubled by The AirCon for its not getting colder and in the other room have a noisy sound racing with the loud music.

Wonderful places, you dont really have to go out of the hotel tk get a good view. The breakfast restaurant is in front of the beach, it is really awesome. The breakfast buffe is wonderful. Staffs is awesome. The facilities surround is good. The room is big. You can find a lounge on the 20th floor with good live music. Really recommended place to stay!

Located very close to Losari Beach. You will be easy to visit other attractions nearby. You can find many restaurant around here. The breakfast is 7/10. The bed room and shower room are nice and neat. It is recommended that you pick the sea view room. It is more beautiful. This hotel is also very close to Fort Rotterdam, a historical site in Makassar.

People said that hotel rating based on bed and breakfast. Menurut saya swiss bell ini memenuhi kriteria tersebut. Kamar luas dengan king bed size. Peralatan mandi tersedia cukup. Menu sarapannya beragam dengan rasa yang enak untuk ukuran menu hotel. Kemarin saya mencoba sushi dan soup khas jepang, dengan acar jahe dan kecap khusus shusi. Next, sy pilih nasi goreng dengan telor ceplok, terlihat sederhana memang tapi nasgornya lumayan enak. Aneka minuman mulai dari susu hingga jus. Aneka buah potong dan kue / pastry. Masakan lokal berpadu dengan masakan luar negeri. View laut pantai losari dimana terlihat pulau buatan tempat wisata dari kejauhan. Paduan nikmat antara makanan dengan pemandangan.

Great hotel with great view to the beautiful scenery of ocean. Room is good, breakfast is wonderful. Unfortunately, I hold myself from 5 rating because the room service is knocking the door when I sleep and opening the door without my answer/permission. Note for the management.

Nice new hotel and the staff are very friendly, they will greet you when they passes by you, even if you did not pay attention to them, they still greet you.
First class hospitality, room are very nice, breakfast menu are awesome, recommended place to stay when you are in Makassar.

Nice room, friendly staff, decent view and clean environment. A nice place to stay. But there some things to improve, not major but some minor stuff.

Second time was not good enough. With the room service. Got a phonecall about towel after check out, which is they put only one towel. Kind of embarrassed me and shame on me. Even though For The meeting room was good enough.

Good corner to enjoy sunset while tasting traditional food and coffee at the restaurant. It is also very close to famous food court 'kampoeng popsa' where you can find a lot of foods and drinks.

There are others part tgis hotel still unde construction, but still save to livin stay.

Great hotel, Sea side view is superb. Located in a walking distance to pantai losari and near Rotterdam fortress.

View from room is nice. But wall is thin. Big trouble if you have loud neighbors. Service is average.

I was in this hotel few months ago. It is a nice hotel and easy to access in Makassar. For who wants to visit this plase, simple open the Google map and then you will find it.
