Shower had not much hot water. Disco noisy at night.

Too much chemical on the water pool. It hurts my eyes so bad.

One of the world class hotel in town. A famous hotel aming travelers. Located in the center of the city, near the market and water port. Can be reached by public transportation.

The Aston Karimun City Hotel was exactly as expected; a bit tattier than the photos on thier website but not a million miles away. It is not an international 4 star standard but nice enough. The service was always good and professional. The room was surprisingly and satisfyingly large and finished to a pretty good standard, it was clean and the bathroom was well equipped. The food served at the hotel was pretty average and was the only real disappointment of the place, otherwise for the money and location the hotel is good. If you're going to Karimun you could do much worse.

Overpriced hotel. You don't have much choices in this island. The place is ok but definitely not of an Aston standard. Breakfast & Cleanliness are moderate.

Service was great. Rooms are clean and the breakfast included wide selections.

Aircond not working properly. Others just fine.

Hotel yang bagus di tanjung balai karimun dengan fasilitas yang memadai. Tapi sinyal internet di kamar jelek, begitu juga Wi-Finya. Jelek kita diakses dari kamar.

I'm going to write a very honest review about this hotel. I need to preface by saying that in my whole life of traveling to over 40 countries and 100+ cities, I've never ever switched hotels because I am generally tolerant towards minor issues occurring in accommodations. Aston Karimun is the very first hotel I had requested a refund on for my subsequent night, and moved to another hotel. Aston Karimun is the largest hotel on Pulau Karimun Besar. It's a fairly decent 4-star hotel with a gym, pool, numerous restaurants including a nice sky bar. My overall rating for the hotel would have been quite good (hence 2 stars instead of 1on this review) but for the fact that: 1. There is a discotheque and karaoke lounge on the 2nd floor which plays extremely loud music until 3am (very very loud so much so the pillows on my bed on the highest floor — 6th floor — were vibrating and I couldn't sleep even with ear plugs) and 2. All the staff refused to admit the music was coming from within the hotel, and gave m dishonest responses about the discotheque. One said the sound was from beside the hotel, another said it was from opposite the building (which didn't make sense because that was a supermarket). I found out because by chance I took a lift that advertised the discotheque and I went to the 2nd floor myself to investigate.

Have a big meeting hall, room are tidy and clean, swimming pool, spa, sauna, fitnes center, exclusive pub, karaoke loudge, padimas departmen store, beer garden, pujasera, mc dota fast food, strategic location.

Best hotel in small town. But beware of night life around this area specially dark route because there are many people who ask to stay ots.

Room service is good, but upon check out I was accused to drink one of their can drinks in the fridge and demand me to pay money which I did not even open the fridge to see what's inside through out. This is not a honest act.

Completed with supermarket and night club' with parking area. ITS located at Middle of Karimun island. You should use taxy for your mobility there.

Nice hotel. But it doesnot look like the other Aston hotel.

Best Hotel in Karimun, restaurants available. Japanese restaurant on the ground floor and western restaurant on the seventh floor. Pizza available, price acceptable. Kind people.

I lived in the hotel for a while, nice building and facilities, the only problem was the noise during the night, if you have problem to sleep avoid this hotel otherwise is a good solution.
