Sebenarnya tempatnya bagus, hanya pelayanannya yang tidak profesional, saya pesan kamar jauh2 hari, hanya diminta nomor telepon. Tidak ada telepon sama sekali hingga saya tiba di ambon, tetapi begitu tiba disana bookingan saya sudah tidak ada, curiga diberikan kelompok tour disana. Tidak ada informasi kalau harus bayar jika ingin pesan. Sangat menjengkelkan karena lelah jauh dari jakarta menemukan hotel yang sangat tidak profesional.

Extremely beautiful place. Rooms that have a view of the bay area and small hills around are very soothing. The staff are kind and helpful. The building mey be old but you will feel at home unless you are a stickler for everything new. The pool is large and clean. Food is good too. A place to rest and rejuvenate. Ambon makes a good holiday.

A hotel with superb view of Baguala Bay of Ambon Island. The breakfast menu is various and excellent. Unfortunately the hotel interiors and goods are little bit old and rusty. It really needs renewal.

Ini hotel kecintaan sih. Setiap ke Maluku pasti nginep disini. I love so so much the view. Langaung menghadap ke Pantai Natsepa. Keceeee… Kolam renangnya juga besar dan ngga main2. Tapi untuk yg terakhir kemarin cukup sedih. Karna selimutnya itu ngga selayaknya dipakai untuk hotel sebagus itu, robek2. Tapi pas minta ganti langsung di ganti kok. Sama meja yg disamping kasur juga udah lapuk, sampai hampir patah.

Old hotel. With slow management. For cleanness its good service. Quite far from ambon city, so you need extra transportation.

Clean and very helpful staff. Ideal location if on your way to Seram just 15mins away from the ferry. Book your early morning taxi through the hotel… make sure it's not Stanley as he didn't turn up.

A very nice Resort, needs maintenance, better now than later, friendly staff and beautiful surroundings, good food, the doors are not mosquitoes free, many cracks underneath where they come through in the evening. A draft strip with a brush would really help, I'll be back.

Great view and pool, good food, nice staff. But maintenance stopped a long time ago as the hotel is quiet. And there are swarms of mosquitos — I couldn’t sleep all night even with bug spray. If you can survive the mosquitos it’s a good place to break up the journey to Banda Neira.

Stayed for 2 days Rooms are very spacious and the view is amazing. On the first day, we didn’t get any Wi-Fi signal in our room, the washroom was clogged and the water heater wasn’t working. Got it fixed after about an hour of complaining to the receptionist. Day 2 was more enjoyable cus somehow a modem that isn’t showing up on our first night showed up and now we have Wi-Fi. It’s slow but at least we can still browse the internet. The resort used to have a diving center but shut it down when it moved out of Aston Hotel.

Very large room. You can enjoy Natsepa beach. It's so cozy but I can't find the delicious food when breakfast.

Old rooms, stained and torn sheets, they gas fog the room corridor just before dinner the carbon monoxide gas and pesticide mixture filled the room almost killed us, buffet dinner and breakfast consist of terrible food away from a 5 or 4 star hotel. But the staff try their best, total service from them despite no support from the top management. This hotel is doomed in everyway, but I think this is the best hotel you can find in this area. So enjoy it.

Great place! Good beds and the breakfast is also splendid. Away from the busy traffic and about 25 minute from the center of Ambon city.

I enjoyed my stay at Natsepa Hotel. + Quiet place, + Comfortable large room, + Friendly and attentive staff, + Beach right behind the hotel, + Wifi. — Laundry don't serve 24 hrs. Staff might ask guest to submit the laundry on the next day. — Mosquitos and flies at the restaurant area.

This is a very nice hotel, it has resort and conferences.

It has Bali atmosphere with alot less tourists. Wifi was ugly so you better come with telkomsel. 40 to 50 min to city center with oto.

I like the place a lot. It's not perfect — some of the bathrooms are little older, but it's beautiful and very quiet and relaxed, the staff is helpful and there's a large swimming pool surrounded by a nice garden. The breakfast is perfect — western + indonesian both available. Perfect place to stay for a while when heading to/from Banda or Kei.
