We stayed at 7 Secrets Resort in Lombok for a little over 3 weeks, and it was the best part of our entire Indonesia trip BY FAR.
What makes this place so special is that it feels completely unassuming from the road. You can't even see it. Then you make that final turn into the resort, and suddenly it opens up into a literal hidden paradise. It is one of those rare places that quietly exceeds every expectation.
We came to Indonesia hoping to find the best resort experience we could, and we ended up finding something much more than that. 7 Secrets has it all, incredible food, incredible staff, incredible rooms, a beautiful beachfront, a stunning spa, amazing activities, and the kind of service that makes you feel genuinely cared for. The attention to detail here is on another level. They often seemed to know what we needed before we even asked.
The hospitality was exceptional every single day. Our room was refreshed multiple times a day, snacks and drinks were brought to us, and they had a shuttle ready anytime we wanted to go somewhere. Nothing felt forced or scripted. It felt thoughtful, warm, and personal. These guys pay close attention and it shows.
We were there for New Year’s, and the celebration they put on was truly unbelievable.
