Lovely home stay close to Selong Belanak Beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. We’ll stay here again when we are in the area.

What a fabulous five days we had at Villa Kipas. The best view, the best pool and the best rooms. The gazebo was an added bonus. A big shout out to the amazing staff who catered to our every need.

Villa Kipas is a lovely Boutique Hotel situated on a ridge overlooking the Senggigi Area. Not beeing located close to the mainroad also makes it fairly quiet and relaxing.

Great place! Service is great and the people were very nice, water refills can be made at the reception, with breakfast included too.

For 100k with breakfast you cannot ask for more. The staff is genuinely nice.
Rooms are cleaned every day. The guys also prepare your mosquito net and repellent while you are away for the evening.

The power outlets were really far from the bed, and there wasn’t even a bedside table.

We had a great time here, very simply rooms with an aircon but could use a bit of a fix up in the bathroom.

My hotel didnt have bike rental but they took me around the corner 30 meters away to here. 50k a day for a newer nice single speed bike with combo-locking cable. Comfortable & practical on the island.

I recently stayed three weeks in the villas, booked one of the rooms. The room was very large and decor lovely. It also has a large outside area with a table and chairs.

Only the breakfast that is included is already worth it! Best breakfast we eat in indonesia so far. The people who owned the hotel are so kind offering us free tea. The bed is nice with big blankets.

Small homestay with friendly people and on a budget homestay, but the location and it from the centre. You have to cross the motorway to get to the centre. In Kuta there is no Grab, Taxi,!
