Lala Salama Backpacker has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Teluk Nara. Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and luggage storage space, along with free Wi-Fi throughout the property.
Watch out: the snorkeling trip is a scam. They advertise a Snorkeling trip with 4 stops for 5 hours and say you can only book it with lunch — there is no other option but this should be the best in the area. I trusted their recommendation all though I was aware it was more expensive but in the end is a SCAM — extremely full & with just 3 stops (being the 3rd a big nothing, just a place to swim and absolutely nothing to see underwater, not even fish), for 4 hours and the lunch was way overpriced — most people in the boat booked it without lunch (which they told me was not an option) and you can buy it in the food stop they make for way cheaper. I complained about it because they sold me something I didn't receive but they didn't care. They didn't return me any money or gave me any discount in accommodation being that THE HOSTEL is selling something is not true. This was my only day for snorkeling in the island which is basically the best thing to do here and they just ruined that for me, so watch out. Just book it directly on the beach with a company that tells you the truth about what you are getting. Is the first time a hostel scammed me and I couldn't be more disappointed. Rita is a great staff tho and tried to help me but it was not enough. Very sad because the place is pretty nice and chill, good place to stay and meet people. Sadly my experience was not good.
