My favourite hotel! I can use one word to sum up this hotel's comfort, landscape, cuisine and customer service — luxurious. I highly recommend this hotel if your main objective is comfort and luxury. There are also fun activities. I dived and visited the Gili Islands with a guide from the hotel. I anticipate my next trip!

A perfect place to rejuvenate. It was a pleasent stay. Everything was simply perfect. Hotel staff right from the GM to attender were very friendly. Moreover we got Indian Vegetarian Food. Special thanks to Chef Jyoti for such a delicious food.

I'm trying to keep this to the point as there is a big list of amazing things that the hotel has to offer. The food is Amazing it ranges from Indonesian, Indian and great seafood options. Dinner is a fine dining experience! The people of Lombok are extremely friendly and that comes across in a genuine service. It's the little things that makes this a classy 5star resort: They clean your sunglasses during the day, they have a flag system so that you can attract their attention or not be disturbed, the turn down service is meticulous, they provided me with a bookmark and velcro to tie my charger lead up after observing I needed one, my partner's jewelry was paired up and organised when cleaning, the list goes on! Everything else is available on their website! We have visited many 5 star hotels. This surprised as being the best we have visited!

Very good place to stay, very quiet and peaceful. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Well decorated rooms and good food. Unfortunately its very far from mataram city so there are no place of interest near here. The place is also difficult to find, I recommend placing signpost. If you have extra cash, this is the place to stay.

It was perfect! Just not terrible Beach to the hotel but you can go to the gili easily!

Excellent hotel. A beautiful environment. A quality service. We took a seaview villa and it is beautiful to admire the sunset from the terrace or from the private pool.

We stayed at this beautiful and romantic hotel last September. The setting is idyllic — beautiful isolated beaches, stunning views of Mt Rinjani. The staff are very friendly, the food is excellent. A great place to lose yourself.
