Beautiful place. Had a good time here and thanks for upgrading our room become Suite cottage. Very very nice interior room, but a lil bit spooky because it was so dark outside at night. I think it's better if they put more "lights" (park lamps or something) and music such an traditional instrument music (biar lebih hidup gak sepi sunyi senyap nyap nyap banget) About the food… hmm kurasa harus dievaluasi lagi. Jadi gini : 1. Sahur kita pesan nasi goreng sama mi goreng seafood. Sorry to say ini bumbunya kurang kerasa. Cuma rasa saos yg nonjol. 2. Takjil hari kedua kita kehabisan dengan alasan mereka gak tau jumlah tamu yg nginap, jadi kekurangan (how come? ) 3. Breakfast sistem order bukan buffet. It is okay. Karena lg puasa jadi sistem order. But… if somebody esp. Guest who really needs help please don't wasting time. Jadi ceritanya ada yg sakit dan kita minta air putih panas buat minum obat, sampe harus beberapa kali nanya udah apa belum. Ini super lama bgt cuma segelas air putih panas, gatau apa mungkin harus ngerebus dulu? Tapi masa di pantry or dapur ga ada dispenser…? Well keep it up.

Deserted when we went. A lot of the place seems long abandoned (over grown and trashed) but the rooms are very nice and it's lose to really everything. There car and scooter hire right out front so getting places is easy.

For 4 star hotel, this hotel is really bad. Too dark, breakfast menu is same all the day and the variety is thin, bathroom is bad, and noise from here and there. Not value for money.

It was really good place, it wasn't so crowded so it was silent place which so good for take a rest. Staff was so nice and kind.

The pool is very luxurious. Its location is near the senggigi beach. The bar also across the street. The food is not too good. But the building is nice. This place is only recommended for the scenery.

Nice resort with large private pool and private beach. The environment is so quiet. I enjoyed our three days of getaway in here.

It's a nice place actually, being the first hotel built in lombok, however dont expect too much for its room quality, it's ageing, it doesnt meet the 5 stars quality.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and just love our baby girl. We got upgraded from a superior room to a cottage. The room is very spacious and clean, although like most room, the door to the balcony has a small gap at the bottom. The bathroom was also clean, with a bath and a separate shower. Daily water bottles are delivered to our room. The welcoming also included a small glass of juice and a massage in the morning (that we had to skip). The restaurant is fine, with a good variety of indonesian, asian, Italian and classic burgers.

This hotel location is very good… it is in the beach with beautiful sunset, have a very good swimming pool. The maasasseur is very good. However it is old, the towel is like it has never been washed, the soap is smelt like dirt… sad.

1. Arrived in the hotel lobby at 13:00, room available at 16:00. 2. Shower at 18.30, water looks like used car oil. (very black) (pictures) 3. Air conditioner is broken 4. Room smells awful. 5. Pool is very filthy and the ceramics all dislodged. Possibility for the foot can be sliced ​​by ceramics. And much more a very unpleasant experience during the stay at Santosa resort. Good rooms and a fantastic location. Rooms were spacious and had all required amenities. Pools could do with a face lift and would be great if alcohol was served. However, they do allow you to bring in your own alcohol if you wish.

Room 1002 and 1003 were large enough. Love the large bathroom the shower design and the very neat bathtube. One nice thing that the room has a nice quite porch. Big pool is a very nice to have especially when traveling with children. Love the garden landscape.

Was there in summer ' 13, the strongest impression — earthquake
in June — 6 points. Was just in the gift shop. The crack of concrete, a cloud of dust, the roar of the falling gifts — not the most pleasant experience of the trip. Like the waterfalls, the Gili Islands, the black volcanic sand on the hotel beach. Very helpful local English speaking guide Dart — anytime, all the time could come or phone. Best for the gathering trip.

Dapet kamar yng deluxe. Hmmm sangat luas nyaman. Kamar mandi yang sangat demokratis, dengan memberikan pilihan shower dan bathup. Kamar juga dilengkapi privat pool, bikin tambah kerasan menikmati indahnya pantai senggigi.

We booked 2 nights and stayed 1. Big hotel with no charm. The bedroom looks so old! And the beach is dirty. Maybe ok for families as you can find activities such as tennis and badminton but that's all.
The staff is the only reason I'd give one star.

Stayed for 2 night 29-31 July 2014, the room number 1114, the room are not maintained well and look old, the bathroom is dirty and moldy, the couch backrest also moldy. the next day I got the new room for replacement, but it was TERRIBLE!, when I use the toilet it was clogged and overflow. No Wi-Fi in the room The worst hotel I have ever stayed.
