-No hot water -No Wi-Fi -Bad location -Receptionist spoke zero English but was polite. — Woke us up at 7 for 'breakfast' everyday during our stay despite us asking them not to. Breakfast was a piece of toast and stale coffee. -Bathroom smelled weird, they had to spray it with air freshener before we went in. -Room was clean when we arrived but they didn't clean it at all during our stay. -Good AC.

Accomodation The rooms was large with an ensuite private bathroom, both were clean. Air conditioning worked and the room was cold. The bed was comfortable and there were very few bugs in the room. The TV in the room looked better quality than most I’d seen on my travels but I don’t ever use them. Unfortunately I didn’t get any Wi-Fi in my room (not sure if there is elsewhere in the hotel) and I was only able to get cold water out of the shower. I didn’t raise either of these issues to the staff as it was only a short stay. Overall very good stay for the reasonable price paid. Location The accommodation was located in a semi-rural area which was quite quiet (apart from the roosters). There is a family mart within 3 minutes walk where you can get most things you need. Given the extremely cheap price of taxis I would not be concerned that there is not many restaurants around. Staff The staff were very friendly, the lady spoke good English and the reception was manned whenever I passed it. Facilities There was not much in the way of facilities as it isn’t a massive hotel nor a social hostel, however breakfast in bed was provided for free (I wasn’t expecting this) which consisted of toast with jam and tea/coffee. The reception area also stocks snacks and drinks which can save you venturing out to get them.

Nice and clean rooms! Friendly staff! U get towels for free, there is a TV and a little wardrobe, soap, Hotspot for Wi-Fi… Walking distance to the embassy, the Mataram Mall and also Epicenter Mataram (Big Mall). So I would come back if I'm staying in Mataram!
