My friend and I stayed for two nights. Pool area is lovely, bedding clean and comfortable. The hosts are very helpful. Locations is great!
Only down side for us was that it doesn’t show online that the roof isn’t a fully sealed roof, it’s a hut style with gaps that allow in bugs/ mosquitos and we found it was noisier than our previous accommodation in the same area. A mosquito repellent plug in is provided in the room but this didn’t seem to work very well for us, (thankfully we had our own net that we had to place over the bed area to sleep better) We also encountered a few spiders and cockroaches which wasn’t ideal.

I had a really nice stay at Zifa during my two and half weeks in Kuta. The beds were very comfy and the staff were so sweet and attentive. They really cared about my experience and were there to help whenever I needed them. I would recommend and would return. Thank you!

Great location, you can walk almost everywhere.

Chilled and cozy place to stay in the heart of Kuta Lombok. You can hear the mosque loudly but that goes for all the places around the same area so I would not hold it against this place. Fresh rooms, clean pool. Was able to work remotly using the hotel Wi-Fi.

I think this is one of the best place to stay and spend holiday in Kuta Lombok, comfortable and near from the beach, and also with a very friendly service from the owner and staff.

Definitely the best stay I had in Lombok. The owner is an awesome, very helpful lady, who build the accommodations with her own thoughts and skills. All the staff are lovely, nice and genuine! Thanks a lot for the great stay. I’m sure, it will be even more wonderful once the pool is finished and up and running.

Beautiful comfortable place with extremely good price-performance ratio!
I absolutely enjoyed my time at Zifa and ended up staying there for one week. The bungalows have big comfy beds, aircondition, kettle + tee/ coffee is also provided. I especially appreciated the personal and familiar atmosphere which makes you really relax. Liya and her staff were trying their best in making me have a wonderful time. They are so helpful and kind and always up for a friendly chat. The property is secured by the boys during the whole day and night which made me feel very save too. They are always there for you in case you need anything. I most heartily recommend Liya's Zifa hotel and I am already looking forward to staying here again!

Lia and her team was very nice and helpful. My friend had an accident and Lia brought her to the hospital and to the airport. She also fixed the scooter and talked to the owner. There is no problem which cannot be solved from Lia! Its also really good located in kuta there is a supermarket just across the street and you can reach everything by walking. There is also a carpark for your vehicle and someone who lock/unlock the door during the night. We felt very safe. The aircondition and the Wi-Fi is also very good. Only thing I didn't know was that you have to give them the key for roomservice. To summ it up. I can totally recommend this place!

Good address to stay in Kuta, located in a small alley perpendicular to the main street.
Nice chalet with nice spacious room, comfortable with mosquito net and bathroom, all very clean!
Price per room 300000 Rp/night with breakfast (negotiable).
Staff friendly and accommodating.
possibility to rent a scooter (but does not have many) and good service of laundry.

This is the first time you do I grade on Google, but this accommodation does not appear on TripAdvisor. We thought the score was great and that's why we came here. We booked 3 nights. The business is carried by some local guys who don't have much idea. They didn't get us motorbike, the shower wet the whole bathroom and it was broken, there was no hot water. Wi-Fi works poorly. The breakfast is very scarce and they don't go to clean the room. In the evenings they put on the porch to drink beer, smoke and watch movies… and if you want to bed early because you find out everything.

Best hotel in Lombok. New place with bungalows, amazing and comfy beds, aircon, Wi-Fi and hot water working perfect. Every bungalow has a hammock in the entry, a huge LCD with tv, your own Wi-Fi router, slippers, shampoo and liquid soap, your own kettle with cups and everything to make your own coffee. The breakfast in included on the rate and is complete with coffee, juice, and a lot of options to eat (toast, pancake, omelette). And the last but not the least the staff is AMAZING. They received us with coffee, and their english is super good so we talked a lot with them :) If you come to Lombok you have to stay here!
