Very poor. They took $50 USD deposit off us. Ferry could not run from Bali to Gili Meno due to bad weather. They refused to return our deposit. The ferry company refunded our deposit no problem. I would not stay at Russ Mimpi ever. Very poor customer relations.
The private bungalows are gorgeous with hammocks on the decks and really cool outdoor bathrooms. Quiet but close to everything. Friendly helpful staff. Highly recommended for your stay! Included breakfast is served to you in their restaurant on the sea.

Stayed for 2 weeks here (or was it 10 days? cant remember) my littles liked the outdoor style washroom/shower. As it has open sky, toilet gets pretty hot in day time though and come evening, mosquitos befriended you my family and I had 3 differ style of rooms, all have a/c and walking distance to the water inside of the rooms are like traditional house instead modern hotel/motel owners (esp the husband) often surprised the boys with goodies sent to the room breakfast included and the portions were huge workers were friendly, clean towels always available, you do have to request for toilet paper tho, and they were super helpful they were building new rooms when we were there, 2016, so maybe layout and whatnot changed? but also a year or two after, they were hit by earthquake totally recommending this hotel/motel.
