Most of the facilities like jaccuzhi, and steam bath are broken since long time ago and the management doesnt want to fix it.

Visited in December 2015. This hotel has a good/strategic place, not far from heart of city. But the good things stop there. Miscalculation of parking place amount (they merged the parking place with Khatulistiwa Plaza and kiosks nearby) and hotel views are kickstarters of many poor things which this hotel deliver. 1. The next thing is the room. I once offered a room (number 350) which very dim, rather narrow, and almost has no window (but then I got another room after complaining). 2. Wi-fi was very unstable. 3. Electricity stability (common problem in Pontianak) was also an issue. 4. Breakfast was poor, if we compare with other Santika (such as Mataram and Pandegiling Surabaya). Most of juices ran out when I took breakfast. 5. Then the cleaning room service, they even did not clean out the trashbin in two days (eventually they did when I asked them to). 6. The bathroom was also dirty, with many paint cracks floating on the floor when we are bathing. 7. The towel: When my towel got replaced, they did not check the blood stain on their new towel (finally I got another replacement). But, the staffs' responds are generally acceptable and fast if we do have complaints. That is an important positive point which prevents me from giving 1-star rating. Conclusion: This hotel totally needs a new standard of service. If the hotel can serve as, if I may expect, good as other Santika hotels; it will be much better than keep delivering apologize letter to customers.

Big room, nice & friendly staff, easy access to food.

Santika hotel is one best hotel at Pontianak, the staff very kind, services and room very good, the location close to famous food area, for overall this Santika hotel recommend for stay.

A little bit of a hotel, mostly for business people. Clean, greetings, a roof-furnished room. The breakfast buffet is rich, but caters to the Asian clientele. No alcohol is served in the bar, except for one type of beer. The staff is friendly, speaks and understands English rather poorly. Only recommended for short stay.

Good price, free airport pick up service, clean and quite room, in front of mosque, so easy to pray. But food taste is so so.

Kamarnya besar, bersih dan klasik style pakai labtai kayu. Toiletrynya lengkap dan airnya jos eaaa. Saya traveling dengan bawa sepeda dan oleh management boleh masukan sepeda saya ke kamar, they are so helpfull. Sarapan paginya lengkap dan enak, tapi kalau pagi mau maem jajan traditional diluar yang disediakan Hotel bisa dwh jalan keluar hotel dan di seberangnya ada lapak jajan di depan toko dan sebelahnya lapak teh dan kopi. Malamnya kalau perut mulai keruyukan tinggal jalan sekitar 200m ke arah jalan Gajah Mada bisa pilih kuliner pontianak yang jejer disana. Waktu itu saya makan di Bubur Pesawat dan Kwe Tiau Apolo. Ada juga ayam bakar madu dan crepes raksasa persis di depan Hotelnya. Enjooy Santika Pontianak.

Good room and amenities, food is nice, staff is just staring at you while you lift ur luggages alone. When I checked in, they help you but they dont whe u check out… gym was old but sauna and jacuzzi was good.

The hotel food is delicious, the facilities are Good but I don't like the swimmimg pool water. The location's strategist. Near to culinary area. The staffs are good.

Upscale hotel in a city that doesn't have a lot to do. The staff is very helpful though to get you around and will hire cars for you.

Strategic place, nice hotel with sauna and spa, clean.

Very spacious room under 500k and located at the center of the city! They also provided with a very good service and the guests are welcomed to trying out their facilities such as swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and fitness.

Quick access through back side of the parking area.
