First time to stay, I booked 2room for me and my sister with her family. We are stay for one night. We said this is The green of hotel, the colour looks like that. We feel nice to stay, located is strategic be closed to center of Balikpapan city. Room is cleans, breakfast ok, staff is friendly. Its recommend for everyone.

Probably the smallest budget hotel room that I've ever been. Could not expect too much. It's okay if you're alone or short stay for transit but when you have to share the room then it would start inconvenience as the toilet & shower is only segregated with a thin private glass wall so you can hear the other person's business in a crystal clear stereo sound. If you have to share the room, make sure your friend is a considerate person. Service is normal standard with nothing special in particular. Breakfast is standard with decent few option.

Lokasinya tengah kota, namun spertinya managemen hotel kurang profesional utamanya ketika puncak liburan (hotel penuh). Parkiran kecil (walau ada lokasi tambahan yg jauh dibelakang dan harus jalan memutari hotel, mushola kecil dan tersembunyi, kamar mandi rawan bocor, mubgkin kareba dekat laut makanya rada karatan di beberpa tempat. Semoga bisa lebih baik lagi kedepannya. Tp spertinya sya pribadi nda mau nginap lagi disini.

Nice hotel, good service, cheapest price but to many kimcil in here YKWIM.

The place is quite, clean and comfort. Room light is also adequate. The view is good, I got beach view. The most important is the place is surround with street food parlor.

Budget Hotel, Near culinary balikpapan permai. At the center betwen mall and plaza (e walk) and Balikpapan Plaza. Fair enough to stay a while at balikpapan.

Nice and quiet place the food not bad, there a center of culinary place near the place, not to far from e-walk mall balikpapan. The room nice and clean, the hotel crew was helpfulness.

Great price for single traveller. High speed. Wi-Fi. Stain on wall and bathroom. Lack of hot water at night.

Good place for a budget hotel, breakfast need more improvement, always serving same breakfast every morning.

Neat and functional. Suitable for sleep and outdoor activities. Utility available for function, spaces employed effectively. Traveling for sure.

I was staying for 2D1N, first impression at the reception is very polite and helpful but once I enter the room and room odor was disturbing and I had to immediately turn the AC on to reduce the smell but unfortunately even the AC work very slow. The room was quite clean and neat, bath room and toilet was separated to reduce space but the floor design for bathroom was bad so the floor outside the bathroom also wet after shower. Breakfast was okay. Hotel location is strategic if using public transportation to go to the mall or find dinner at the city.

I like this place for its clean, cozy. And the price. I had severe times stay in this hotel.
