I made a last-minute booking at Alana and the front desk handled me well. The room is exquisite but there is little to zero view from where I stayed in at. The complimentary minibar is a one star in itself, thank you. Breakfast experience was great. A suggestion to the breakfast menu, I did find some food requires an overhaul, like the bread and butter pudding that was wayyyy too sweet and the fried sausages which tasted like plastic. Nevertheless, it still was a great breakfast for me! Going back about the staff, unfortunately, the guy who picked my late night room service call was quite grumpy. Also, a small note to the hotel management: I wanted to write the review of my experience on the paper provided on the room desk, but I could not find any pen around so I ended didn’t leave anything. Despite some small hiccups here and there, I find that my short stay was worth it and I will definitely try that pizza restaurant the next time I come back.

The Alana is nice 4 stars hotel around Yogyakarta. Room boys are well-mannered. Mini bar are provided free of charge and will be refilled if it has run out, it's free as well. They have huge and spacious ballroom that can be used for any purpose. They also have good food.

Comford luxury, ethnic place but modern, keramahan jogja terwakilkan di sini.

The place was great. Food was above average. Check in and out was fast and no hassle. But response to complaint/technical problem was off.

Overall, the Alana Hotel and Apartment presents itself as a luxurious and wealthy center from what is commonly seen in Yogakarta. They provide many amenitiss such as a pool, food lounge, and excellent parking space. Each room is accommodated with it's own air conditioning, a welcome bonus in the sultry heat of Yogakarta. The price is reasonable, but not something I would consider as a deal (apartment wise), hotel prices are quite phenomenal for the level of luxury and convenience.

I was went here for dinner (buffet menu). They cooked without MSG, yet still Yummy. There are plenty choice of food and so many food stall. Will come back here for sure!

Lovely hotel. If you want to explore northern jogja (kaliurang), this is the perfect hotel.

Clean room, comfortable bed, complete amenities. The foods are tasty and delicious. Provides some prestige meeting room. Quite good fitness center and nice swimming pool. Being here for a couple of days for business meeting. Good experience. Very recommended.

Lokasi strategis, dekat dari ringroad, masuk area Sleman. Kamarnya bersih dan rapi, ada kolam renang. Sarapan pagi sangat bervariasi dan lezat. Sangat recommended.

Good & best hotel. Near close to tourist attractions and eating places. Types of breakfast are many choices. Many facility, recomended hotel.

I give three stars because the hotel is hard to be notice from the road. I was there for an event that was School graduation. I am a teacher BY the Way. This hotel is kinda New in Jogja. The parking area is rather confusing, I think they need to add more Light here. But the mosque is good wit good wudhu place. It is located Just next to the motorbike parking area. But Just like other restrooms, I could not Find any tissue in the restrooms and that was super annoying.

Honestly I don't know anything about the hotel's service but it has a great building for MICE purposes. When i've attended my friend's wedding here, they have great deal of wedding package so I think Alana can be your choice of wedding reception's place.

I really enjoyed staying here. The room is nice and the food is also nice with a lot of variety. Spending my time in its pool which is quite nice. Got some problem with people stealing my breakfast but the staffs are accommodating to my complaint.

Its my second stay here. The room are luxurious and spacy, with free mini bar. The breakfast menus are great but some too salty. Haven't try the another facility maybe on the next one.

Harganya oke dengan fasilitas yang luar biasa. Tempat gak terlalu ramai, agak jauh sedikit dari pusat kota. Yang ingin sedikit menyepi, hotel ini cocok untuk dijadikan pilihan. Free minibar jadi gimmick yang menurut saya menarik juga. Nice! :)

Nice Jogja view, big and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, affordable rates, big swimming pool but only 120 cm deep.

This hotel VERY NOT RECOMENDED! Low Level of security. I lost my iphone, bad CCTV. And also my other friends, they lost their money! That’s all happen when I organize an event there in December 2016

This is one of the best hotel I’ve ever visited. There’s some restaurant and a coffee shop. The service is also great. The price is quite good for your wallet. I really recommended this hotel.

A nice place of convention centre. The place is huge. It has several connected meeting rooms and 1 grand balroom. The food is nice, the service is good. It also has hotel, apartment, and several public store such as restaurant, clothing shop, and many others.

Big hotel. Big room. The food taste is good. The servant is responsive. But I have big drama because my laundry wasn't done though i'm went to check out, whereas I took my laundry from yesterday.

Good breakfast. Very large room. Good service on reception desk. Just make sure don't come when there was an event held at MICC. Gets too crowded.

Really friendly staff and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Rooms perfectly okay. Good food with a large variety. Nice pool and sun deck.

My family love this hotel. Clean, friendly staffs, good service, good food (of course), good pool. We like the aroma of herbs all over the rooms, starting from the lobby. Very soothing!

My first time staying in this hotel. Entering the lobby, I feel so relaxed, I love your lemongrass aromatherapy! Thanks for the wonderful welcoming snack and drink as well. I really like the spacious room — everything in the room is just perfect. Thanks for the free minibar. I love the long sofa to relax and big comfortable desk to work. The bathroom is also very nice with complete amnesties. It is just a pity that my room is facing other building, not the nice scenery. The batik shop downstairs is very nice — other shops like Century and ATM center make this hotel is even comfortable. In short, everything in this hotel is nice except the food. I expect more varieties of food for breakfast and tastier foods. Location-wise, it is quite far from the city center. However, for "honey-mooners" or those who seek for quiet place, it is definitely a perfect location.
