The room was clean, neat, and comfy.
The service was below the standard.
The staff is not helpful. And the worst part is, they have a cafe on the third floor, which is located upon the room.
And guess what, they organized a "Arisan Ibu-ibu" that started at 8.30.
Imagine while you are sleeping and listen to their staff slamming stuff and 30 mins later the "arisan group" starts karaoke with loud volume.
A terrible experience.
We stayed for 3 nights; the room was well equipped and very clean. The hotel area has a great atmosphere with lots of greenery all around, and there’s a café upstairs. The service from the staff members and the room quality were outstanding. We will definitely return to the hotel again! ✨

Good place for vacation, in the middle of the city with paddy fields view. Nice hospitality and clean room. The pillow so damn good!
