The kitchenette is equipped with necessary utensils: plates, glasses, and spoons, which guests are expected to wash themselves after use.

The rooms are described as clean, neat, spacious, and cozy, creating a warm, home-like atmosphere. The beds and mattresses are generally comfortable and soft, although one guest noted that the pillows were too large and the blankets too small (designed for one person). Some guests complain about the lack of air conditioning, which can make the rooms feel hot.

Opinions on the cleanliness of the bathrooms are divided: some guests find them quite acceptable and convenient, noting the presence of two bathrooms, which eliminates queues. Others report the presence of limescale and dirt, as well as a leak in the sink. The overall cleanliness of the rooms is rated highly, with rooms often described as very clean and smelling pleasant.

Some guests pointed out an issue with the room windows, which cannot be closed completely, which may be inconvenient. There was also a suggestion to install closable ventilation holes in the upper part of the walls. Some rooms lack air conditioning, making the stay warmer.

The atmosphere at the hotel is calm, quiet, and private; many guests compare staying here to being in their own home. Some visitors noted that due to the intense silence, it may feel slightly uncomfortable or even intimidating at first, especially when traveling alone.
