I don't understand how this place has good reviews. I stay in a lot of hotels and this is the dirtiest one I've ever stayed in.
3x cockroaches in my room seen over 2 days.
Dirty toilet.
Black mould in every part of the bathroom.
Sheets covered in stains, including blood stains. Clearly management needs to learn about bleaching sheets.
Left a almost empty coffee in my room for 8 hours and came back to about 50 ants enjoying it.
It doesn't seem like they mop the rooms, just sweep them.
I understand it's a cheap hotel, but if the only way management can operate at a profit is by neglecting cleaning, they shouldn't be running a hotel.
Don't stay here.

I stayed at this hotel as a solo traveler for five days during a long weekend vacation, and it went really well. The room I chose and its amenities worked well for me, and I had no problems during my stay. The location is quite distant from the renowned tourist area like Jl. Malioboro if you want to reach that site on foot, but I still enjoyed it. Additionally, the area is filled with numerous street food vendors and minimarkets, so there's no need to worry if you want to buy or get what you need. I would definitely recommend this place to those who are looking for a budget hotel with decent facilities and hospitality. I will surely go back to this hotel for my next Jogja vacation or business trip. All the best.
