The Capsule Malioboro

Stayed here for 1 night back in late January. The room and the shared bathrooms were clean. The staff were helpful. The locker was spacious too. Thank you.

Easy check in procedural, friendly staffs and safe. But I don't really like the facts that I can't control the temperature. Yes there's blanket but I'm the type of person that can't handle cold well so I can't really sleep well cuz the cold. It's very cheap since thee rooms coming up with the breakfast. The hotel near the stasiun and clos to Malioboro street. So if you looking for backpacker or budgeting travel, you can choose this options.

Almost everything was perfect, but there were several things that bothered me, first, there was no socket, only a USB cable, second, this was a capsule, but compared to other hotel capsules, the area was too small, even changing clothes were very difficult, third There is a small open space between the doors to the men's bathroom which can even be seen by people outside the bathroom. But over all I like the location which is very strategic in the middle of Malioboro Street and near Yogyakarta Tugu Station.

Probably one of the worst hostel experience. Location wise is good but oh god, the courtesy of the guests is zero. Screaming throughout the day and night and they bring kids so there couple people inside the pod.
The management can really emphasize that this is a communal place and make sure people have a courtesy in the hostel.

Great place to stay as a tourist that only plans to spend time in their accommodation to sleep. Short walk from the station and Malioboro Street.
It is cleaned daily, but was a little surprised my dormitory was mixed with one bathroom.
Only improvement needed is a water dispenser to fill water bottles with clean water.

Great location. Wonderful staff. Clean facility. Feel completely safe. The only thing that can be improved is the Wi-Fi. The signal can be weak sometimes in the room.

Unique and Fun! I had a great experience staying in this capsule hotel. They provide a locker to keep your belongings. Though the bathroom and toilet are shared. The cleanliness is worth thumbs up. The receptionists are so informative, responsive and friendly. The breakfast was just so so. Enough to fill your stomach not to get hungry haha.
They have mixed room and female only room. So it's pretty convenient for female travelers who don't want to have interaction with males for the toilet or bathroom. But unfortunately, whenever somebody gets in or out, or even just make a movement, the noise will kind of bothering your sleep. Because it's not soundproof.
Talking about the price. For normal days, the price per capsule is pretty cheap with the services we will get. But high season. Everybody knows everything in the tourism place will be more expensive during the holidays.
