Aston Inn Tasikmalaya

I enjoyed staycation in this hotel, I booked connecting room, the room was clean and the menu breakfast was delicious, I have a member staff favorite from Receptionist Mrs Kania, she's very kind and humble, thank you Aston inn Tasikmalaya.

What else can I say, It's Aston. I've been to a good number of their hotels before and they all uphold a really good standard. Nice clean and comfy rooms, good variety of breakfast menu (western style being my favorite), friendly staffs. This one is no different, well done to all the staff members and keep up the good work.

For those who are looking for a comfortable hotel in Tasikmalaya, I highly recommend Aston Inn. According to the recommendation from Mr. Prastio Andi Prayogi, this hotel does have many advantages. In addition to complete facilities, the location is also strategic. If you want to come here, don't forget to try the breakfast menu which is quite diverse.

The front desk staff, especially (name Indah) don't know how to use payment system, say my card not good, even I show her just before come over th the hotel using same card to pay, but she say aston cannot use, than asking me to cancel my booking. After that when I request her to give a document that the booking is cancelled by her Indah. Than another person come over than trying to use payment system and finally I can pay. Otherwise I gate in trouble cos there 10pm cannot get Taxi to find another Hotel room. Anyway The room ok, but very noisy, from my beside room can listen, what thy talking very clear, so no privacy. My next room using toilet the water sounds can hear. I don't understand that noisy sound from my next room can listen clearly and cannot relaxing, nothing in near by. The hotel coffee shop food not very nice. And very expensive.

Rooms are clean, rate is great, food also great, location is good since not in a busy traffic area but near to many business locations. However there are not so many option for food stall around the hotel. But its ok since their food also not really expensive and many option in grab or gofood.

It has great services. Quick response. Good foods. Beautiful view. Clean room. Everything was good in this hotel especially the roomand the food with good taste. The facilities was good too. The staffs are friendly and always smiling employees, helpfull and serve the best service. Surely will spend the other holiday here! Thank you Thank you ms Irna and Fira for your hospitality. Someday I will back again with my big family.

Always my 1st choice in Tasikmalaya, because it's one of the best for everything, the staff, the hotel facility, the restaurant, etc. I was welcome very elegantly by Ms. Ilfa as the Receptionist officer, was offered with the welcome drink as well, she was very helpful during our check in process, very clear with the explanation.
Then the restaurant, the food taste was very good, I had my lunch & dinner in the hotel. Not to mention the breakfast, the nice & friendly morning greetings by the staff, the omelette station has complete selection, love the sauted mushroom & the potato.
Also the staff in restaurant was very helpful & informative with the food selection. Also during payment, Ms. Irna & Ms. Fira were asking me about the how's the food, which was excellent.
Definitely still my first choice of hotel.

Overall very nice experience, strategic place too. The room is clean but we need to wait quite a while for the extra bed to arrive. The water faucet is leaking and made the floor wet most of the time.

Their bed mattrass is super comfortable, their foods are good, totally is the best choice if you are going to visit Tasikmalaya city. I'll be stay over again in Aston if I visit Tasikmalaya with no doubt, and thank for the hospitality is good too.

Stayed for one night to accompany my husband work. Priced around 500k across booking platforms, the hotel has succeeded to meet our expectations with all the checks ticked: clean room & fragrant bed sheets, working hot water, soundproof, great view, enough amenities. Highly recommended!

Had a pleasant stay here in Aston Inn Tasikmalaya. I believe its location is quite strategic as there some malls nearby and the gas station is next to the hotel. Room was clean, service was good, and meals tasted great too (especially breakfast menu was all varied and tasteful). However, the restaurant seemed to be overwhelmed during peak season, as my order for dinner was ready within an hour. They have plenty of parking, by the way.
