I had a very disappointing experience staying at Nimotea Resort. The road leading to the resort was in terrible condition, with no street lights at all. It was extremely foggy, making the drive feel unsafe and unsettling, especially at night.
We also tried calling the resort for assistance, but no one answered, which was frustrating when we needed help.
The resort itself was in poor condition. There were bugs everywhere, including what appeared to be a serious cockroach infestation. It genuinely did not feel clean or safe to stay there. On top of that, some expected items were missing, and the overall quality of the facilities was far below what we expected.
Unfortunately, I can't recommend this resort based on my experience. I hope the management addresses these issues, especially cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.
