The receptionist, long hair one said "bete bete" after I am asking for 2 room cards, why?!
Cause they have no change for 50K which is the deposit for one room card while I saw there's a 50K from another room deposit. So they hold my 100K for deposit. Fine!
Therefore I can asked for another roomcard but seems the receptionist doesn't feel fone with it. DON'T CARE!
Just arrived and having this experoence, really drain my energy. Will never stay here again!

Very very nice and affordable hotel. Clean and everything works accordingly. The staff are very friendly. The rooftop restaurant is my favorite😍😍.

The location is good, the service is excellent, but the rooms well i've got room with no window, so it feels small when its not.
