No good service at all.
1. Front office cant define single and double bed.
2. I ask them for a spoon and fork in my room since I need to prepare for my 7mo baby. They asked us to make a purchase of white rice for us to be able to acquire it. I booked a superior room including breakfast. Never have I ever review bad service but this one is exceptional.

This hotel is good. Friendly staff. Delicious foods. Clean room. Wi-Fi speed sometimes slow but in general it's OK for me. And especially I appreciate room service & laundry service. I like Pink cars with friendly drivers also. I will come back next business trips.
Ah, it would be better if the hotel will provide scales so that we could check baggage weight before departing to airport. Thanks.
