Hotel Lotus Subang has its own parking; however, many guests note that it is quite limited and cramped. According to one visitor, it accommodates approximately 15 cars, so space may be insufficient. In some cases, guests are required to leave their keys with the security guard.

The hotel staff are described as very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Guests particularly highlight the work of the security guard, who even helped prepare coffee early in the morning, as well as staff members named Sifa, Ade, and Adi for their assistance during check-in. Overall, the service is rated as fast and high-quality, although in one instance, a guest noted a slow response from the housekeeper to a request for a glass of water.

Breakfast at the hotel is typically ready by 6:00 AM. Opinions on the food quality are mixed: some guests find the selection of dishes sufficiently varied and tasty, while others describe the menu as too standard, minimalist, and limited.
