Udah 2 kali nginep disini. Lokasi ok bgt di pusat kota, dkt FO, dkt macaroni panggang, dkt lasagna gulung, dkt warunk upnormal. Jd kalo laper gak susah2 deh cr mkn. Kalo fasilitas hotelnya lengkap sih, kamar luas, kmr mnd luas, bahkan ada setrikaan di kmr plus meja setrikaan jg muantab! Br kali ini hotel nyediain setrikaan which is good job! Breakfast ok sih, cm perlu variasi lg, kalo nginep cm semlm ga papa sih, tp kalo lebih dr 1 mlm bakalan bosen dg menunya. Oh ya 1 lg kelemahannya, akses utk parkir mobil sempit & curam, ckp mengerikan.

Hotel's good and comfortable. The location is quite strategic, accessible from station. Surrounded by trees so it feels relaxing. The foods are good as well. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Car parking is easy and large. Online transportation is easy to reach as well. Only the AC is too cold to my standard.

Great place to stay. Very comfy. It located near junction and near food stall. So if you get bored with the food in the hotel you just could walk to find other food near Taman kencana. It also near clothes factory outlet. The staff is very helpful. Once I need an aromatherapy oil, and the security officer there offering me to buy it.

Clean, comfort and near from several restaurants outside. So we can take a walk outside to the fashion outlet, park and food place. And also we can see beautiful view of bogor from the bedroom. Really nice.

This is view from one of the rooms. Best for services but for food and toiletries. Just slightly over the average. The pineapple juice was too sweet and there wasnt many choice for food for breakfast.

The furniture seems new. Its clean and good size for good price. The location's perfect as it is very close too many good culinary. Breakfast buffet are yummy.

I stayed for two nights for a meeting here and totally got nice experiences. Room was pretty neat with good city landscape view from the window. They served delicious foods with various buffet options from local to foreign menus. And the staffs really did great job for hospitality. I once complained about TV in my room and the technician came immediately to fix it. My only concerned was about the meeting room itself. Sometimes they set the temperature of the room too hot and they should did something about the room soundproof system because it annoyed us to hear someone else' meeting when we had our own at the same time.

One of the best hotel in Bogor, especially with a nice view from top floor. The meeting room is very comfortable and nice, also the staff is very kind and polite. Compliment for the security staff for the politeness for handle and helping to find your best parking spot. Also each place have a very comfortable aromatherapy and make you relax even you're not inside your room.

Aroma di kamarnya g enak. Saya bermalam di kamar 1803, mulai dari lobi, dan di kamar sering muncul aroma g sedap. G tau ini aroma terapi atau bau dari freon AC, tapi saya g suka. Baunya menggangu hidung saya. Sempat mikir, jgn2 ini bau badan saya atau bau nafas, tapi udah mandi, sikat gigi, tapi tetap aja. Semoga saja saya yang kampungan, tapi saya g suka aromanya.

Lokasi strategis, akses angkutan umum angkot 03 dr stasiun Bogor. Posisi di kawasan Surya Kencana, tepatnya di ujung sebelum lampu merah arah Jl. Padjajaran. Tinggal jalan sedikit, bs ketemu warung upnormal dan bagi yg suka belanja seberang warung banyak outlet pakaian. Menuju Botani Square tinggal Naik angkot 03 dari hotel. Kamar bersih dan cukup luas. Kamar pojok view kota dan pegunungan. Aminities lengkap (minus sisir rambut) dan terdapat setrikaan di kamar. Posisi colokan charger banyak. Minusnya, sy dpt kamar lt. 9, pintu masuk kamar agak susah dan keras untuk dibuka. Minus lagi, channel TV nya kurang lengkap, bahkan sctv dan indosiar tidak muncul. Utk makanan, pilihan menu lumayan banyak. Hanya, menu ayam yg berbumbu kurang greget rasanya. Sedangkan utk sevice seluruh pegawai restoran sudah sangat bagus dan ramah.

Love the facilities especially the level 8 facilities and the location of the hotel. Breakfast is rather unsatisfactory because some of the food (like porridge) is cold. However, the overall of the stay is good.

Stayed in here for a meeting. The meeting room is nice, the food is good. The room service is very fast. Overall, a nice stay for me.

Cozy hotel. Strategic location. Free breakfast for the Kids up to 8yo but the food taste is too salty for some asian breakfast menu. Theres a game for the kids near the pool on weekend.

The hotel has 21 floors. The rooms start from the 15th floor. The swimming pool is on 8th floor, so it's very cold to swim. The wind is very strong, although the weather is hot.

Awesome hotel! Located near the Botanical gardens and Istana Presiden. This hotel was very recommended. Once you come, Jus Buah Pala is ready as a complimentary. The room was fantastic. And all food here, very recommended. Rated with 5 starts from me!

Flaky Wi-Fi in my room, disturbed my work a lot. Met lots of (very polite) staff in lift — slowing down the rides, they need their own lifts. Only 3 lifts (1 broken) for hundreds of rooms, had to wait patiently for each lift ride. PROS: nice food (try fried rice), very strategic location.

Room rate is competitive, the room is clean and it has good facilities (stayed in Deluxe room, inside it has small refrigerator, ironing, small safe cabinet, etc. ), bath room is clean. Hotel location is great, near local famous restaurants and factory outlet. The swimming pool is good, never been worried about parking because the space are always available. So far this hotel had never let me down, all-in-all it's excellent.

Good clean hotel, nice facility esp for your family vacation. The location is perfect for starting point the food culinary; such as pizza k*yu bakar etc. Just if the parking lot had better space for a big ride, it deserve 5 stars.
