The room is quite spacious, and I would highly recommend the Golf View rooms, particularly those on the 10th or 11th floor. This hotel is conveniently located next to Novotel Bogor, and as it is part of the All Accor group, guests are welcome to utilize their facilities as well. During our recent four-day, three-night stay, we did encounter a minor issue with the air conditioning not functioning optimally. However, as we checked in rather late in the evening and the repair would have taken an hour, we were kindly offered a room change and upgrade to an Executive Room for the following day, as the hotel was fully booked due to the long holiday. We are very grateful to the reception staff for their excellent service. I would also like to respectfully suggest an upgrade to the breakfast menu, specifically regarding the coffee station. It would be greatly appreciated if you could consider providing higher quality coffee beans and, if possible, a more advanced coffee machine. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Great Experience Overall! Hit a few obstacle on Smart TV but Hotel Management give a fast response and changing our room quickly! Breakfast was very tasty and delicious! All the staff include kak Patma were very kind and warm, they serving the best with kind and warm gesture. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!

We arrived at after midnight at 1am. And left in the morning. We didn't really explore the hotel. Clean cozy room. I love the concept to use water jug and provide water station outside the room. Reduce plastic bottle usage.

I stayed in the excutive room. Ot is located at the corner so so can enjoy the view from the sides of the room and facing the golf view. It is so greenery and refreshing my soul. The room is spacious as there is a sofa. The shower is strong, really good. The breakfast is valueable compare to the price. It has been my favourite staycation with my family and friends. I can visit this hotel more than 4 times a year.

Even Hotel location in the middle of large estate, but actually we can found a lot of hidden gem food around this hotel. Location quite and the weather was perfect. Thank you for your hospitality during our stay.

We got rooms that close each other as per requested. The room is clean, very nice concept with water dispenser in the alley. So no need plastic bottle. The breakfast menu also has many variations. The staff also very friendly and helpful.

Maybe it will be one of our main option to stay. But maybe, we can expect the pool will be more clean next time. Because it’s too muddy, so we can not see anything under water within 1.5 m.

Clean room, but air cond temperature was not adjustable, need to turn off-on to get the air circulated. The water in the jug was strangely taste. We need to clean the jug and refill the water. Breakfast was good enough for 4 star hotel. Close to Novotel (walking distance) which has larger area to explore.

I requested upgraded room with my voucher which end up in executive room The room is on the corner, so we have wider outside view.
Have dinner there on 25th night and breakfast on 28th. All foods and beverages were nice, but first time we had breakfast in waiting list. Good thing they open a room with main food and beverages while waiting.
Everything was nice though, hope the team can maintain and upgrade their standard.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Ibis Hotel. The staff were welcoming and professional, always ready to assist with any requests. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The bed was particularly comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep.

Nice hotel to stay with your family. Clean and spacious room, variety breakfast. The kids really like the horse riding, nice swimming pool and lots of fun kids activity such as pancake decoration, making drinks and gardening. We went to the mini zoo. A very recommended to staycation.
