I stayed here for a couple of weeks. It is an old hotel and that shows — the water pipes are rusty, and broken water comes out the hot water pipes.
Wi-Fi did not work in my room, and the staff made no attempt to fix this problem.
The front desk staff were, umm, not all that professional. One girl seemed to think that it was fine to giggle when I was present.
I think the service level is an Indonesia-wide issue, I see it everywhere.
Would probably not stay here again.
