Well, strategic location, the hotel is good but I have some issues. There is no hot water in westafel, superior room looks so small compare to another hotel in the same rate and the wall is so thin because we can hear some noices from outside. But breakfast menu is vary, well served.

I stayed at one of the suite rooms which surprisingly value for money. I could see beautiful sunrise among greeny land from my bed. The staffs are uber friendly, and the check out process was hassle free. The guidance book provided in the room is quite useful even though there are many misspelled English words. My only note for the room is for the toiletries. They didn't provide body lotion and bubble bath liquid as a complimentary of the bathtub. However, since they have a five-star service, and the room is quite spacious (if you get rid of the table) and safe for crawling toddler, I might come again.

The best hotel in town so far. The room is clean and comfortable, the staffs are friendly, and the food is good. But, I had a bit trouble with TV remote controller and in room telephone. Room facilities need to be checked better.

I was in here for 3 weeks. The overall experience is exceptional. The foods are delicious and variative, the staffs are friendly, and the room is comfy. I’d like to recommend you to book here each time you visit Purwakarta.

I was here for 4 days. Such a good experience here as the best hotel in the city so far. The pool was good, the buffets was very good with delicious food. I like the way they served welcome drinks in the lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful. But sometimes a bad smell comes from the back yard, really annoying when you enjoy the pool but this smell distracts the day.

Room nice and clean, bathroom rather spacious, n good food. I got a room with good scenery and morning sunlight. The staff are kind. Having a great stay there.

Best Hotel at Purwakarta. Big ballroom, lot of rooms, 2 swimming pool, great fitness room, best landscape looks like in Bali.

Best choice while doing business in purwakarta. Room is great. But the F&B need to be improved, especially the freshness, and taste.

The best hotel in Purwakarta so far. nice room, good food, nice scenery. choose odd number room if you want pool/green view, also you'll see direct sunlight in the morning. Odd number room has window that is heading east.

Good hotel. Big room, very clean, the location is very strategic, close to toll gate, city center and cikampek. Their pools are good, 1 for kods and the other one is for adult. Unfortunately their breakfast taste is below average.

I really enjoyed my stay there, breakfast is great! The room is great with great view (choose rice field/swimming pool view when you booked a room). I really recommended this hotel if you visit Purwakarta.

Good Place, pelayanan ok. Fasilitas lumayan dan sesuai dengan harga. Namun kebetulan dapet kamar yg ACnya agak kurang dingin. Namun setelah complaint penanganannya cepet (walau ACnya tidak sedingin biasanya… Tapi krn orangnya ramah… It's OK)

Great place to stay, complete facilities for a three star hotel. Visiting Purwakarta, don't be hesitate to stay even just one night at Harper Purwakarta. It's super recommended ;)

The rooms are a bit small, but very clean and comfortable. The breakfast has an amazing variety of Western and Asian dishes, and the restaurant offers decent choices for lunch and dinner, which are reasonably priced for the convenience of eating in the hotel. If you're feeling more adventurous for dinner, the hotel is a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute ride by angkot (local small bus) from the deservedly famous Sate Maranggi, literally one of the best places in the world to eat! Try to get a room on the east side (odd-numbered) ; the view is fantastic!

The room is pretty good, there's a mini fridge, two toothbrushes and toothpaste, two towels, and cable TV (more than one HBO! ), but the swimming pool is quite small. Oh, there is a non-smoking floor and smoking floor.

The room was comfy. I got to get great views in room. (Room 711) The pool was clear, the 3-star hotel is up to par with European standard. The breakfast choice was relatively limited. It didn't taste "restaurant quality", but it was pretty good for hotels. It's good enough. Very clean maintenance, overall it was a good stay.

The pool is good when in night or morning. The service is good too. But the Wi-Fi has slow speed in my room.

Good hotel, with stunning perhutani forest view in the back of the hotel, the pool is noteworthy due to kiddy pool (shallow, 60cm) and adult pool is separated, thus it is easier to supervised your kid. The hotel food is kinda pricey, but this place is very close with famous satay maranggi cibungur so it is not a big problem.

Very nice hotel! Cleanliness is Top… Very clean and well organize! All the Food I tried EXCELLENT! Meet and greeted by the GM herself. Nice person. Me and Family are very very happy staying here.

Been staying at this hotel many times but my last visit disappointed me. The room aircon is not cool enough though it's been set to the max! The non smoking double bedroom was not available, so I had to stay in smoking room. And during breakfast the porridge is not as usual, it was clotting. And I could notice some flies flying around the served food! Spilled water / juice was not mopped even after I finish my breakfast. Somehow everything looks NOT Okay on my last visit. Otherwise it should be 4 star review.

Overall the hotel is nice, quite considering very close to road. We can see mountains when it is clear. Staff are nice, the room is clean, breakfast also nice, not so many variation but just enough. Pool also nice, separating kids and adults, just one thing, it will be nice if guest can have the floating boat for free. The restoran is nice, but please re check the spoon, fork or knive, seems they are not washed properly. For not so long open hotel, you can do better. I would like to come again. Kids love it. Hope I can give better rating next time.
