The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, Lobby lounge has the fresh scent and clean. Whenever I needed assistance, the staff responded quickly and handled everything professionally. The facilities and amenities provided. Foods were amazing! I love the natural taste of each foods.

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and had a really great experience overall. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful, which immediately made me feel comfortable after a long trip.
The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept better than I expected. The staff did a great job every day, and I appreciated the small details like fresh towels, nd toiletries.
The location is another big plus. It’s convenient n close to everything I needed, whether it was restaurants, shops, or transportation. Even so, the room was quiet at night, which made it easy to relax.
Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options, and the dining area was clean and pleasant. I also used some of the hotel facilities during my stay, and everything was in good condition and easy to access.
Overall, this hotel offers great value for the price.

The hotel is perfect in all ways, especially the staff is too supportive, they are very kind to take good care of their guest, food is also good with many verities. Thanks to Ms. Shania, she was too supportive and very soft spoken, she do the best for guests. I strongly recommend this hotel.

My stay was okay, nothing special but not bad either. The room was mostly clean and the staff were nice. However, I did see ants in the room, which I think the hotel should do some pest control to fix this.
And I thought it was a bit strange that bathrobes were only in the suites. It would be nice if they gave bathrobes in all rooms.
Overall, the stay was just good enough, but with these small changes, it could be better.

Every time we visit Purwakarta, we always choose to stay here. The hotel provides a variety of delicious food at the restaurant, has a great location, and offers excellent facilities. The creative lobby décor that changes with each seasonal theme is always a delight, and the pool is lovely (although the gym could use a bit of an upgrade). The view from the hotel rooms overlooking the trees or forest is breathtaking, especially during sunrise—it’s such a serene way to start the day. And I can even see birds flying around—it makes the view even more magical!
The staff are always very friendly and cooperative, and the rooms are incredibly comfortable. As repeat guests who also held our wedding and my mum’s birthday in their ballroom, we always feel warmly welcomed. The surprises we receive during each stay make our visits even more memorable.

The service was really good. Rooms were cleaned up to the mark and they have variety of breakfast options. Plus, they have a very nice garden view at the back. I would definitely pay a visit again.
