Suka sama pemandangan disini. Mungkin kurangnya karna disini terlalu banyak tangga dan sangat buat pegel. Makanan disini juga enak2 banget. Ya mungkin kurangnya ya karena terlalu banyak tangga aja kali ya. Overall worth the price.

Great room for Bougenville, clean but unfortunetally the building has no elevator. Clean pool for kids.

This place has good view. Pool with slide for kids and the room is big with high ceilling.

Good place. Nice view. Too bad the breakfast doesn't reflect a 4 star hotel. Not even guava juice or beef/chicken sausage available.

Hotel were cozy, clean specially for catalya cluster, breakfast were yummy and always refill until 9:30AM, swimming pool were fun for children but too small for sport, view of mountain is a lot that can be your photo spot, price were competitive, also have a nice & acrive public announcement about traffic outside hotel… joss gandos… top markotop. Keep up ur goodwork grand ussu. Gbu.

Has nice experience here, I & husband must wait until over 2pm for checked in bcs room not ready then they upgraded our room (i forgot the name) with newest and more spacious room, its clean and have great mountain view. Breakfast at their new restaurant, they have various and delicious menu. They also have playground and small water park for kids.

The hotel is located on the edge of the highway.
The landscape is the mountains.
The air is cool here.
The room type is like a villa.
There is a half-water park swimming pool.
Complete furnishings.

The best place to spend ur weekend. And get chill.

Its been great. Really spacious room with great mountain view. A lot of food variance for breakfast, but there's only few table. Theres only tiny bit problem with cleanliness, curtain is dirty & there's a used tissue under my bed, but everything else is amazing.

Breakfast is not good, variety of food is not much. The cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom was not maintained.

Suck hotel, I didn't get breakfast on Sunday at 8am because there is too many guests every sunday and they didn't provide enough food, less service, Wi-Fi unconnected because low signal just one bar,

They have bad fasilities for moslem to pray (mushalla)

3 hari 2 malam di ussu. Overall good service by room attendant, front office. Amarillys attendant for b'fast our saya nilai poor service. Buat managment ussu remember this. Cold served cold that is right. But HOT FOOD SERVED COLD? Come on USSU Ga make sense kan. Banyak chipped mug, chipped saucer, dan chipped dinner plate tetap di taro di line. This is BAD. Saya stay di kamar catalya 1 nomor 213 FROM 03.08.16 — 05.08.16 the view to the mountain is superb. Security all of them are nice Person so helpful even the night shift. They do an excellent job.

Cozy place and good view, but signal Wi-Fi is not good in some room, Over all is ok.

Nature themed hotel. Great for spending holidays with family. You can do jogging inside the hotel. Great night view from the restaurant which is located on the top of the cliff. Breakfast menu wasn't plenty though.

Very homey. Spacious and has air con. The view is also best while enjoy the breakfast.

Great view especially from the top floor of catalya cluster. Fast check in; I arrived here at 12:00 and went straight to my room without waiting until 14:00

Great room (Catalya 2). Great swimming pool. Humble and nice service. Feel so warm. And lot of parking area and we can park our car right in front of our room. The mountain view is so great. Too bad, the breakfast time is too short. Only from 6.30 to 9.30 am. I came in 9.15 (its holiday dude. We want to get up late). The egg station is close. Only left Nasi Goreng, Bihun Goreng, and Vegetable Sauté. And theyre taste so bad. But the staff offered me to make the eggs. Which is very nice.

Mati lampu terus. Wifi gak smua smp kamar. Pelayanan kurang gereget. Tapi hotel lumayan luas dan rapih mskipun sdikit jadul.
